Get the Maui things to do books. Boss Frogs always has coupons in it. I think the deal we got was just a regular price. Snorkel and Fin set for $1.50/day or $9.00 for the week. We just got it for one day. Perfect! That's all the time we had. How do they make money doing this? Well, the very... More

We went to Boss Frog's with their 2 for 1 coupon for snorkel gear. We soon found out this was simply a "bait and switch" technique to get you to upgrade to quality snorkel gear from the low line that the coupon was good for. The weekly rental rate for the fins, mask, and snorkel was also $5 more than... More

I booked with Boss Frog's the Molikini and Turtle Snorkel trip. When I called to book tickets, they refused to honor their "special" advertised price. They said that the "special" trip was sold out and that I had to pay almost double to go on the "other" boat at the same departure time. Of course when I went to the... More

We took the Frogman 2 out of Maalaea harbor. We were taken to Molokini Crater and "Turtle Town" for what turned out to be a great snorkel trip. The turtles were the highlight of the trip, and the crew was great. Excellent job.

This was the first time we ever used Boss Frogs as a rental location on Maui, I'm glad we did. Paul - at the location in the Farmers Market Center with the Latino Market, Bad A Coffee (Trip Advisor won't let me print the whole name do the coffee shop), across from the beach park - gave us great deals... Attention to customers is one of their top priorities. They helped us with all activities which included discounts. Easy rental of snorkel gear for me and my daughter age 9, super helpful one where to snorkel at, and which activities are great, because they go and do them once a year.

There were 4 in our party and two wanted to snorkel at Napili Beach. Danny was so knowledgeable and funny (with his "Bahstahn" accent) and helpful. We rented the $9 snorkel sets and were very satisfied with the results. We also booked our trip to Molokini crater for snorkeling and because we signed up to attend a "timeshare" presentation for... The phone agent was sweet. The counter agent was painfully ordinary and droned on and on over minutiae for way too long to everyone in line. He liked to hear himself talk about sharks and scary ocean life. Made him look knowledgable and slightly adventurous. The Luau was really seriously horrible, embarrassing, corny, cheap, and disgusting. The food, acts, Hawaiian... More

We booked a snorkel trip to Molokini Crater and "turtle town" with Boss Frogs in June. We were booked on the Quicksilver power catamaran. There were about 100 people on the boat with us, and Boss Frogs was very efficient and professional. They provide wetsuits and snorkel gear if you need them. They also provide underwater camera rentals for $40... More

On 3-10-2014, we purchased 2 fares to Molokai for the total of $428.02 expecting to travel on the Molokai Princess. Now I am going to quote your website: The Molokai Princess is a stable, 100 foot vessel design for inter-island travel and able to cruise at speeds of 30plus miles per hour. She is Coast Guard certified to take 149... More

I am sorry your trip did not go as expected. We only sell tickets for the Molokai ferry we do not operate the company ourselves. I am assuming that the Molokai ferry itself had mechanical issues so the operating company used an alternate vessel instead of canceling all service. For information on the Molokai ferry please call Hawaii Ocean Project... More
