We booked a snorkel trip to Lanai on Paragon, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! Unlike some of the other catamaran snorkel trips that feel like cattle boats, Paragon only books 25 guests per trip. Our crew included Captain Ray, Melissa, and Lacey, whose warm hospitality really added to our experience. Our particular excursion had only... More

Second trip with paragon. This last trip was nov 2011. Great day out on the water. Would highly recommend. Our first trip in 2004 we went to the crater and had a great day. Our second time out was also great. It was to windy to go to the crater. The crew knew rite where to go. A spot even... More

This was an amazing adventure. Beautiful weather, clear skies and crystal blue water made the day memorable. Sailed from Maui To Manele Bay for an off the boat snorkel. I have snorkeled in many places but never off of a boat and not in the ocean, so I was a little apprenhensive. The crew was very good at calming you... More

Captain Ray, Lacey and Melissa were great hosts for our day trip to Lanai. We sailed whevever there was wind, we snorkled at thre best spot that we experienced in our entire 2 week vacation in HI. It was so much fun to sail among hundreds of spinner dolphins, an unexpected treat. Ou rpicnic on the beach was tasty and... More

My experience with Paragon was by far my best day in Maui! Capt. Ray and Lacey did a phenomenal job with our trip! Booking was easy, a 5 min process over the phone. We had about 10-12 people on our trip so we got tons of individualized attention. Food and drinks were plentiful. I did the trip to Lanai. The... More

Captain Ray, and Lacey were amazing hosts for our 7-hour trip to Lana'i. The winds weren't favorable for sailing, a bit of a disappointment , but everything else made up for that. The snorkeling was decent and the group was small and personal. Lacey took time to talk to every guest on the catamaran individually. Captain Ray was more than... More

We went to Maui four years ago and when we returned we definitely wanted another trip with Paragon to Molokini. We got Captain Greg on both trips, so we new we were going to have an enjoyable trip. My wife got seasick, so did not get to enjoy the snorkeling, but she had a good time. I had a good... More

After pouring over countless reviews and books, my husband and I booked the 5 hour tour to Molokini on the Paragon. As many other reviewers have stated, the food is just so so, but the potato salad? It's a notch above the rest. :) However, the food and drinks weren't the deciding factor for why we chose this tour/boat. The... More

My husband and I booked the 5 hour performance sail and snorkel trip to Molokini with Paragon. There were about 15 passengers on the boat, plus the captain and his assistant. A small breakfast of fruit, pastries, bagels & cream cheese was available. Fairly smooth sailing on the way to Molokini, spotted a few whales on the way there as... More

We took a three hour tour from Malaa’ia Harbour at 1:30pm. As soon as we were out of the harbour the engines were switched off and the sails were unfurled. The boat sails well and you do get a sense of speed. We anchored at the Coral Gardens up the coast and were then let loose to snorkel for an... More
