Our visit to Ali'i Kula Lavender Farm proved to be a very nice experience. Dustin, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and interesting. We loved the tour and it was worth the money! If you donate a can of soup for each person, there is no entrance fee of $3.00 pp. We like the fact that they give back to... More

From the advertisements, we thought this would be so neat. NOT! A total waste of time and money. Gift shop is over rated and the lavender doesn't even smell that good. Too far away, no signage to help you find it and then when you finally get there- a huge disappointment.

Not sure if there is a fee for visiting here. There was no one at the booth when we arrived. If there was indeed a $12 fee per person (saw that this might be the case after we had left looking at their brochure), not sure I would think it was worth it -- though I'm sure my wife might... More

The view of Maui is the best aspect. It is stunning. The garden is smaller than expected, but very well maintained. The gift shop is worth a stop, though the staff are slightly surly.

Gardens of lavender interplanted with other flowers Easy paths take you through these gardens. Of course there is the usual Gift shop for everything lavender. As a bonus it is near the landing zone for para folders so you may be able to sit back on the lawns and watch some action. There is $3 admission fee

The lavender farm was a nice little place to visit although not much lavender is happening in November. It would be much better to go while the lavender is in bloom. Still a nice place to walk around and have lunch – when we were there, a guy was baking pizza outside on a wood burning stove and it was... More

It's a pretty drive up to the farm - the views are amazing - but there's not much signage along the way so be sure to use your GPS. After a lovely walk through the farm we checked out the gift shop, which has all sorts of things for lavender fans. Plenty of samples. You can try lavender hand cream... More

This was a very serene place. We loved the farms, the walk way and the views of the valley and ocean. I would recommend walking by yourself rather than paying 12$ to the tour guide who walks with you, unless you are totally into informative sessions, then you should take the tour guide. There is no water or proper restroom facilities... More

The farm is located in upcountry Maui near Haleakala National Park. The whole feeling of this part of the island is different. Very laid back. The plants are beautiful and planted on a sloping hillside. They have a little shop and a cafe there. Really cute place for a quick stop.

It is what it is...pay a small fee $3 per person and walk around a garden with a large amount of Lavender plants. It was a beautiful morning and it has a very good view and you have to stop somewhere on the way down from the Sun Rise on the mountain. I would go again for the tea and... More
