What a relaxing and amazing place. The farm is filled with lavender and exotic flowers. The gift shop have everything lavender and of course, the coffee with a view!! If you have time, I recommend having breakfast here before starting your adventure.

Had no previous knowledge of this attraction and was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge of our tour guide and how interesting he made our tour. He gave all of us samples of a couple of different lavenders that are grown on the farm. He even found a male and female chameleon that were living in the trees and brought them... More

I LOVE this place! I always takes first time visitors here to taste the lavender tea, scones and brownies while enjoying the panoramic views of central Maui and the West Maui Mountains. Our tour guide was excellent. He did a great job explaining about the different kinds of lavender. We always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!

We went to the lavender farm today because it seemed like something different to do. We were there at 9:30 and we were the only people on the tour. Our guide was amazing! We learned all about the different kinds of lavender and he have us clippings of all the varieties of lavender and other plants that they grow. He... More

The lavender farm is located way up in the Kula countryside. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the property. There were many varieties of lavender and other tropical plants to admire. There were also plenty of small placards indicating names and varieties. Best of all was the peaceful atmosphere. It was... We met our guide after some initial confusion on where to meet him (still not sure how we actually figured it out to be honest) and off we went. I learned so much about Lavendar! It was a cool cloudy day in Kula (not like that in Lahaina where we came from) so it was a nice change. Our guide... More

So my wife announced that she really wanted to visit the lavender farm. Sigh, OK, <yawn>. I was quite mistaken! This was thoroughly enjoyable. Key is that Ali'i Kula Lavender Farm is first of all beautiful. The varieties of lavender are surprising, but the Farm also grows a number of other tropical plants in a initiative to broaden their offerings,... More

There is no Elton John playing Tiny Dancer at a Lavender Piano, but there are very beautiful and relaxing grounds and the best gift shop in all of Maui. I would not travel Upcountry to go here specifically, but worth a stop if you were coming down from the crater during the summer months.

This is a nice destination for an relaxing afternoon visit. Tours of the farm are offered, but call ahead for times, as schedules fluctuate somewhat sporadically. The best time to visit is the summer when more of the lavender varieties are in bloom. You can also wander the gardens, with many interesting plants and flowers. They offer lavender themed treats...
