This is worth a visit just for the surprising and amazing view! The first thing I noticed stepping out of the car was how peaceful and quiet it was-- the second was the smell of lavender-- the third was the view. The gardens are along a hillside and you have an amazing view of the valley and even the ocean... More

Beautiful views and a different type of attraction then the typical Hawaii activities. We enjoyed walking the gardens and brought home some items from the gift shop.

came within the closing hours on two separate occasions and was waved the entrance fee. Not sure what this place has to do with maui, but it was nice... lots of lavender produces to buy and flowers to pick. The lavender scones that they had were also nice.

What a beautiful and aromatic Farm! Walked around the grounds, smelling all the different varieties of lavender. One of the workers came up and gave us clippings of several different ones. Absolutely beautiful!

The Lavender Farm is a lovely, relaxing place with gorgeous views of Maui. My husband and I did a self guided walk around the grounds, enjoying the beautiful landscaping and of course many different varieties of lavender. After our walk, we treated ourselves to lavender scones and lavender tea - absolutely delicious!! The Farm also has a nice gift shop.... More

After several days at the beach in Kaanapali, we decided to journey to the slopes of Haleakala crater (4,000 feet elevation). The Lavender Farm is a peaceful retreat with an incredible view that offers walking trails through the lavender fields. This trip away from the maddening crowds only enhances the calming nature of this beautiful location. While there, try a... More

My husband and I visited the Ali'i Lila Lila Lavender farm on Sunday. The air smelled like lavender, just getting out of the car! Everyone was friendly, starting with the man at the parking till booth. By the way, the offer kamaina rates. You can walk the trails that take you by all the different plants. They do have more... Parking is the only real thing you have to pay for here, I believe its about 3 dollars a person. You can pay for a guided tour or just walk the property yourself. We did a self guided tour and enjoyed the views. I highly recommend having a cup of lavender coffee with one of their scopes. Enjoy the view... More

The Ali'i lavender farm a beautiful venue at 4000 ft above sea level with incredible views of Maui. We had nice lavender scone at the gift shop with great taste and a great view. The walking tour a must as they taught us about all the local plants they have and then built a small bouquet for us of samples.... More

I booked a cart tour since we had my 78 year old mother in law along. She can walk fine but we had done a lot of walking already. We all needed a break. It was great. An hour long and it was just the 3 of us on the golf cart. Very informative and our guide cut us lots... More
