Went on the 6:30 am snorkel trip to Momokini. Awesome. we were the first and only boat there, as we left 4 other boats pulled up. So nice to have had it all to ourselves. Worth getting up early. They provide good quality gear, beverages, muffins and fruit. The crew was friendly and helpful. After Molokini we went just north... More

We hired Kai Kanani for a Sunset Sail Tour and a Snorkeling Tour to Molokini crater. Both times we were hosted by Cap. Carrie and his crew on Kai Kanani 2, a beautiful catamaran. They picked us up at our hotel right on time, took their time explaining every part of both trips and were extremely polite, funny and careful.... More

My husband and I decided to book a tour with Kai Kanani because they were the closest boat to Molokini. I am prone to sea sickness, but the catamaran (?) style boat floated over the waves like they were nothing. Molokini was great, there were so many colorful fish and it was warmer than I thought it would be. There... More

Super fun adventure with friendly experienced crew. We took the half day trip which included a continental breakfast, lunch, beer, and Mai ti's. Of course the highlight was snorkeling; excellent equipment provided to view colorful fish meandering through under water coral villages.

Great experience from the moment we booked it until the return at the hotel. Reminders via emails, flexible and very helpful crew, good snorkeling, open bar, lunch... Awesome time. Strongly recommended.

I've sailed twice with these guys now. They've got an incredible boat and really great crew - they're knowledgable about everything you need to do or see and really funny in the process. Everything is explained so if you've never done snorkeling you'll be great. At the same time if you know what you're doing they let you do your... More

This is a great choice for those in Wailea as its very close and most hotel's will shuttle you there. The early morning adventure escapes the crowds and you see some fish and usually sea turtles for sure. The staff is tremendous and no matter if its your first time snorkeling or your a pro they treat you right.

The early morning outing proved to be beautiful, not as hot with more calm waters and just long enough to get back to the resort for pool time!! I'm not an avid swimmer and was a little nervous, but the staff was so helpful and coached me and a few others on keys to snorkeling. Flotation devices and boogie-boards were... More

Walking on the beach at sunrise at the Makena Beach and Golf Resort, we noticed a boat pull up to the beach and watched a group of people get on it. I ran over to the boat and asked them where they were going, they said snorkeling to Molokini. Looking off the beach we were pretty sure that is the... More

Early morning excursion to Molokini crater for this first time snorkeler and the captain and crew could not have been more helpful. Beach boarding through gentle surf. (Plastic bags to protect belongings providied) Kai Kanani was the only boat at Molokini at this time of day! (Check it out, there can be numerous boats later in the morning.) Beautiful fish... More
