It was nice to walk around, just across the street plenty of food outlets - tacos and other stuff.

We were at the south end of Kihei beach. The reason I'm telling you this is because you need a car to get to the north end. Kihei is very spaced out and doesn't seem to have a "centre". The local supermarket is about a mile away, the main one is about 3 miles. This is NOT a "night life"...

My family has been staying at KBR every Thanksgiving holiday for 30 years. Please believe me when I say that #306 and #606 are BY FAR the best condos in this ancient building. Both have been expertly redesigned by a contractor and his wife, an interior decorator. Both are rented only through Ali'i rentals. Google that to search for availability....

Heard about Kihei Beach Resort through a family friend, not impressed with the week stay I had there, the pool was shut down for a week while I was there to be re-tiled, sprayed all the condo's for bugs on the day of my friends wedding, had to re organize the whole for the groom to get ready somewhere else.
