Exude health, energy, positivity, and vitality by relaxing and exercising at the same time with Sara, Yoga Supernova Founder and Head Instructor. Her amazing oceanfront class is held on plush grass overlooking Kamaole Beach II at the beautiful Hale Pau Hana Resort. The location is both private as well as right up-close to the ocean. Mats are provided to use for free. All levels and ages welcome. In addition to experiencing the countless revitalizing effects of elite yoga instruction, enjoy other treats during class, such as aromatherapy oil applications, relaxing adjustments, and occasionally even dolphin and whale sightings!

Sarah is a great instructor, very sweet. She has a great yoga flow sequence, good for all levels. And you will not be able to find a more amazing view! Located steps away from the beach, just an amazing place to practice.

Great class on the beach. $10 of for 75 min. of yoga on the beach near Kamole Park I. Instructor Sarah was very nice and gave a good hatha-style class. (an all-levels class)

Having watched Maui yoga shows from home it is nice to be by the ocean stretching and meditating. Wonderful routine with modifications if needed, even my 72 year old mom joined in. I love the stretches as I am not all that flexible. After 3 classes my body is becoming familiar with the moves. But even more I love watching...

I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this Yoga class! Sara is an amazing teacher! I felt healthy and happy, and it was a great way to start the day! Breathtaking Ocean Views! Doesn't get better than this! If you are on the island, don't miss this affordable experience! Just $10! And if you are so inclined, she offers private sessions. I'm outdoorsy...

Yoga is great to begin with, but wow. This class is is worthy of its name. You feel like a brand new shining star after this class! Oceanfront, relaxation with an awesome instructor. Doesn't get better than this. I will be going back for more.
