Kathy B. here,.....March 19th with John - educational, wondrous air water earth sun wonder and awe ... include the snorkel and kayak if you can manage shimmying back up on the kayak for the snorkel experience. John is an excellent teacher to help you get through all of the possible discomforts. Enjoy for the memories - well worth the time... More

Since we had never kayaked before, we wanted an experienced and patient guide for our combination whale watch and snorkel tour. Thank goodness for Mikey, he was the BEST. He got us close to whales and turtles and even took better photos than I could! We would do this again in a heartbeat. Thanks again Mikey.

We went out on a whale watching kayak trip. Our guide was John. He is really dedicated to teaching you about the whales and Hawaiian culture and history. All of the tours by Hawaiian Paddle Spots are private tours. No crowds, no floating behind a diesel boat engine, no noises, just one on one instruction. John took the time to... More

We had a great time on our outrigger canoe tour. We were complete beginners and we had a great time! We saw (and heard!) whales all around us. It was really a memorable experience. Our guide, Tim, was really knowledgeable and informative. This is definitely a must if you are in Maui!

Our party of 4 went on the Kayak whale watch on March 11, 2015. The weather was cloudy, cool and a bit rainy but we had a great time anyway! We had numerous whale sightings, including two extremely close ones where a family of whales swam up to within a few feet of the kayak. I dipped my GoPro into... More

Paddling an outrigger may sound hard but we are over 60 and just so so in shape! We did it without hurting the next day. The whales were right in front of us on our level and looked even bigger from our small boat. The guide, Tim, was fantastic. Smart and informative and committed to the environment. He was very... The experience was top notch because of our tour guide, john. He was patient, knowledgeable, passionate about his job, and he was fun, entertaining, and made our kayak tour with the whales perfect! We were taken out to where the whales were surfacing and we had time to relax, time to learn about the Hawaii culture and time to paddle!... More

My husband and I went on a private whale watching kayak trip. It was awesome! First, we were impressed with the companies commitment to preserving and teaching people about the importance of the environment. Curtis, our guide, was very knowledgeable about whales and the marine life of the Hawaiian Islands. We were also very fortunate to see many whales and... More

4 of us went out on a private kayak whale watching tour on March 11, 2015. We could not have asked for a better guide. The whales were plentiful, very active and we even had one breech in front of us. I think the whales were more active in the overcast, drizzly weather. So don't hesitate to go out on... More

We had a surf lesson with my 2 daughters and I. We caught a few waves and the instructor was great and very nice. I only gave it 4 stars because of 2 reasons. 1. The waves were horrible where we went (they even hand-picked the location). 2. After we payed that much money to surf, we didn't even get... More
