These guys take care of all your needs. The trip to the crater was so majestic! Then the bike ride was extremely fun and safe! My wife and two teenagers rode the trip and we had an awesome time! I highly recommend this trip and this tour group!

My brother had bloody, torn palms for the rest of our vacation in Maui because of this company's use of terrible broken bikes. The bikes they use are terrible. The brakes on my first bike barely worked. At first I thought it was a "feature" to prevent dangerous braking. My second bike (after the wreck) had working brakes, but the... More

It is very unfortunate that your brother had an accident and scraped the palms of his hands. Safety is our number one concern. I looked up your brothers accident report. Here is what he had to say. "The accident was my fault. I was not paying attention" I am o.k just a few small scrapes". To blame it on our... More

From Mike's pick up at our condo to the last moment of the ride, this was the top experience on Maui. When the sun appeared to rise out of the caldera and the native songs began, I was weeping with joy. Mike's narration was superior, especially beginning at 3:00 AM! He was so patient with my early fear of coasting... More

My husband and I visited Maui and did an excursion with Mountain Riders. This was one of the best experiences we have ever been on and had an amazing time. The tour guides were fantastic. We rode down with "pops" who explained everything to us and made this an unforgettable experience. The scenery on the tour is breathtaking. They take... More

Experieced Mountain Riders as part of a corporate event, everything was great from beginning to end. The view is unforgettable from the summit and the ride was unlike anything I've ever done. I recommend Pops as a guide. Note: they even had a helmet with built in attachments for my gopro!

I am a little shocked that this tour gets bad ratings?! It was a wonderful experience!! As they state on their website your breakfast will consist of coffee and bagels/breakfast bars---so don't go in expecting anymore than that as you won't get it. The break consists of a soda and another granola bar---i'm not sure why anyone would want more... More

Our trip with Mountain Riders was awesome! 6 of us from Minnesota had a great time this morning watching the sunrise and especially the bike ride down the mountain. Mountain Riders (driver - Hanna and guide - Alvin) delivered us a great experience. Our trip could not have gone smoother. Our pick up was right on time. Check in process... More

This was my third bike trip down the volcano. Mike, our guide and leader, was superb. Not only was he knowledgeable but his instruction on how to navigate the mountain safely far surpassed any information I have ever received. This made for a special day. On the way up Victor, our van driver slowed in places that were pointed out.... More

Great ride. This is the only way to come down this mountain. They have a controlled ride down there is a guide in the front and a van at the rear of the riders. Because you do not have to worry a out traffic coming up from behind you just fly down the hill. Great way to do this ride.... More

Wonderful to hear you had a great day on Haleakala. Although our pick up times are listed as 2:45 at some of the hotels. We actually pick up between 2:45 and 3am. Sorry for any confusion. Thanks for coming! More
