Wow, setting was great, bike ride fun (since it is all downhill), and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Definitely an experience to be had. Great stories on the bus ride up (Kal) and leadership (Roger) on the way down. But it is the fine ladies that held it together, picking us up, driving up, following down, and then... More

This company was very well organised from the pick up to the return. The whole experience of going to the top of the volcano and then riding down was fantastic! The scenery was spectacular. Safety was paramount and knowledge of the area was excellent. We would thoroughly recommend anyone to do this?

A great way to see the 10023 ft Haleakala crater and summit in the van and then bike ride down starting at 6500 ft on your cruiser bike. Tom, our guide, and Rob, our driver make a good team. Tom is quite the storyteller with Hawaiian history and his own interesting local stories. In mid-July, the summit was cold and... More

Can't say enough about this unbelievable experience. We are a family of 5 (3 kids 14-12-10) and this as the perfect adventure. It was certainly rough getting up so early but so worth it. Incredible views from sunrise and bike tour that we will never forget. I can't say enough about Aaron and Mike our tour guides as they made... More

Greetings from Haleakala (House of the Sun) When we decided to get up early to see sunrise then ride down the volcano, it means a 2:00 a.m. pickup time by the tour company... Waking up at 1:30 a.m., getting picked up at 2 a.m., driving a couple hours in the dark — it was all worth it. The top of... More

The scenery on this tour and going up the mountain is definitely recommended! We thoroughly enjoyed the view and biking down. My family and I did the bike tour with Mountain Riders but we did feel the bikes could have been better maintained. It was also difficult at times because the slower riders rode in the front and the riders... More

The sunrise was simply spectacular and I was very glad I was not driving up the mountain myself to the summit. The ride down was great. The wind suit they provide is a plus. Picture pull over was in the clouds that day but still great fun. Well worth it and a great way to experience the volcano.

Our first morning on Maui we chose the Haleakala Sunrise and bike tour. The van picked us up at 2:10am; we saw the sunrise at the top of Haleakala National Park at 5:38am; were drive back down to about 6500 ft (the crater top is 10,000 ft). There, our guides, Hannah and Aaron, suited us up and we headed down... More

Four of our family did this (the other two were too young so they stayed with Nana & Papa) and loved it. Getting up early was worth the amazing sunrise and the ride down Haleakala was just as wonderful. Smiley and K were great guides and gave us tips along the way. The brakes were extremely tight/hard to use on... More

Sheraton Spa Resort . Awesome, they thought about everything. Attractions were great Haleakala visit and Down hill in bicycle, the best thing I did there.
