One of my coworkers told me about the Maui swap meet when I first arrived in Maui. I also saw a blurb about it in one of the Maui tour is in magazines. So before we left I took the time to look up the hours of the swap meet. I'm so happy that we decided to get up early... More

Found so many interesting things here from food to clothing to fine jewelry and art. Plan to spend a fair amount of time and money here because the choices and quality are quite surprising!

I love buying locally made jewellery and souvenirs here. The prices and selection are hard to beat. The next best places are Walmart (behind Home Depot), Kmart (beside Costco) and children's books at Costco. Bring cash as only a few vendors have credit card or interact access.

I stop by and see the vendors. There are few of them in the parking lot.. 2-3 selling shark teeth. I bought one from an older white man who gave me a 10% discount. When I wash it down it was covered with white clay and reveal itself to be glued together by clay.. Beware of what you bought..

2/15/15 - Aloha CaptAmerika. Thank you for your concern and review. We apologize for any inconvenience you have encountered during your visit to the Maui Swap Meet. Due to inclimate weather, the swap meet grounds were vacated and closed. Some vendors opted to stay and set up in the covered parking lot. These are the vendors that have vegetables, fruits... More

Our family has done many trips to Maui so they knew about the swap meet and suggested we check it out. We were not disappointed! We bought the freshest fruits and vegetables from one of the local vendors. We were also able to pick up souvenirs for all our family members and friends back home. There was a real variety... More

Baked goods - delicious. You can get a massage or look through some incredible photographs - new and vintage, hand drawn tiles, all unique. Many... More

Drove 45 minutes from our resort to the swap meet.Plenty of vendors selling trinkets, most were not a good bargain. Didn't buy anything which us highly unusual for me.Ended up at nearby Wal-Mart and Costco where we did drop a few bucks.

Visited on Saturday, Jan. 17th. Directions on TA were very good. Good signage on the streets as well. Great black topped parking lots. Very organized operation. Clean grounds. Smooth black topped pathways make walking easy. Caution, they also lead to a very hot walkway once the sun gets a bit higher in the sky. A wide variety of produce, clothing,... More
