Love the Maui swap meet. We got there when it was opening so no problem parking. We purchased local produce, some beautiful flowers, baking and some jams and spices from Jeff's jams and jellies to bring home. Lots to look at. A few hours is all you need to stroll through. Wear a hat, bring a bottle of water and... More

We love spending a couple hours here on Saturday mornings when we are in Maui. There is an assortment of clothing, jewelry and other souvenir items. Yes you can find some of this stuff at other places around the island but it is nice to find them all in one spot. Also it's a good place to pick up local... More

I stop in on Sat. AM to visit this swap meet.....it is "just OK". You can get the same items at the local stores. Also many of these folks move onto Lahaina on Sunday to the Arts and Crafts Fair by the Post Office.....so if you really do miss getting up early, you can catch a lot of these folks... More

A great way to spend a couple of hours on a Saturday morning.... Located at the UH Maui campus in Kahului, you can find fresh local fruits and vegetables, syrups, jams and jellies, local artwork and photos, t-shirts and hats, soaps, flowers, jewelry, scarfs, Aloha shirts, bags and luggage, sharks teeth.... there are also several local kine grindz... food plates,... Very fun shopping and eating experience! There were lots of venders, some selling the same trinkets and souvenirs that you could buy all over the island BUT also there were vendors and artists that sold very unique items of jewelry and other gifts. I usually buy a piece of silver jewelry as my treat and momento of any trip that... More

I was hoping to find unique items and more local produce/food, but most items were the same things you can find in ABC stores. The prices were as much as local souvenir stores, and often more. Not very many food vendors. We did find a few items to bring home, but overall, I probably won't go back. If you have... More

We went to the Maui Swap Meet hoping to find something other than what you find at the ABC Stores, Front Street in Lahaina, etc. But, besides a few vendors selling their local produce or flowers, that is exactly what we found. It made be a few dimes cheaper here, but it is the same stuff. So, if that is... More

Located at University of Hawaii Maui College, the Maui Swap Meet is a fun destination for locals and visitors alike. Get there early, as it can heat up as the morning wears on. Local fresh produce, beautiful tropical flowers, yummy local foods and shave ice, and all kinds of clothing/jewelry/art/gift items are available from a multitude of vendors. Admission is... More

We had the BEST time! The Swap Meet is only on Saturdays from 7-1, so plan on being there during your stay & for at least a few hours. Admission is 50 cents- cheapest entertainment on the island! Bring some water to keep yourself cool, and enjoy your morning shopping for a little bit of everything! It's so much more... More
