Drove 45 minutes from our resort to the swap meet.Plenty of vendors selling trinkets, most were not a good bargain. Didn't buy anything which us highly unusual for me.Ended up at nearby Wal-Mart and Costco where we did drop a few bucks.

Visited on Saturday, Jan. 17th. Directions on TA were very good. Good signage on the streets as well. Great black topped parking lots. Very organized operation. Clean grounds. Smooth black topped pathways make walking easy. Caution, they also lead to a very hot walkway once the sun gets a bit higher in the sky. A wide variety of produce, clothing,... More

Lots of Hawaii fashions and souvenirs. Great selections and quality. We spent two interesting hours there.

We got pineapples, papayas, bananas and a huge avocado. Lasted us several days. Prices were good. We only bought fruit but lots of veggies were available as well. Then we strolled the aisles. Fun looking at all the options, good for local crafts, souvenirs. We got sun hats with neck flaps, since we needed the protection. The sun is HOT... More

Only on Saturday mornings, but within walking distance of the Maui Beach hotel (if you're unlucky or broke enough to be staying there). Pretty much local arts and crafts, foods, jewelry, fruit and veggies, t-shirts, soaps. Great place to pick up reasonably priced souvenirs. It's called a swap meet, but not really one. There are no used, vintage items. Just... More

The Swap Meet is maybe 5-7 isles, with roughly 16-20 stalls in each isle. It's small compared to ones I been to on the mainland. We arrived a bit before noon, when merchants are starting to pack up. One plus was that there wasn't anyone collecting an admission fee. I picked up a few pieces of fruit and some pikake... More

Thank you for your review. We normally operate the Maui Swap Meet inside the fenced grounds adjacent to the rear parking lot of the UH Maui College along the Kahului Beach Harbor Dr. Unfortunately, that Saturday, Jan. 4th, we experienced heavy rain and gusty winds that flooded the grounds. This prompted us to operate on the parking lot instead where... More

We go each Saturday morning to stock up on fresh fruit. To give you an idea on prices. We bought 7 lbs of apple bananas for a dollar a pound. They lasted my five year old two to three days. He lives on them when we are here. We also get three pineapples for $10. We haven't found comparable prices... More

My wife and I were told the swap meet was a good place to wander and look at some locally made trinkets to buy for gifts. Everyone was very friendly and the grounds were very clean. We found some very friendly local craft people and bought most of our gifts for home from them. Of course they have all the... More

After a botched flight by Island Air we opted to go here for our Saturday event and we were amazed by the traditional Hawaiian food, arts and crafts and beach wear - we found some amazing jewelry and clothing. This is simply a must do for your Saturday in Maui!

We went mid November, maybe it was the rain, maybe it wasn't. There were plenty of empty stalls and not a lot of items. There were too many massage stalls. Oahu at the stadium swap meet was a more pleasent shopping expierence.
