We found this tour of course on TripAdvisor - I can see why it got high ratings. It was very interesting - we had no idea the pineapple grew from a stalk in the ground. Steve, the tour guide, was awesome - very informative!!! My only tip - go on a Tuesday or Thursday when they process the pineapple that... More

While somewhat pricey, the pineapple tour was a great experience. The tour guide was everything you could ask for in a guide; funny, friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to answer any questions the group had about pineapple, Hawaii and anything else we came up with. I highly recommend it. Oh, and the pineapples our guide picked and cut for us... More

We were a little hesitant initially because of by the price of the tour, but we really wanted to tour a pineapple farm. The guide was super. The factory tour was brief and very informative. Most of the time was spent in the fields, which was very cool. As promised, we ate pineapple until we could eat no more. I... More

This tour was wonderfully educational and featured samples of the most delicious pineapples we have ever tasted. The whole family--including kids ages 9 and 12--enjoyed the experience. And, what a plus that we had enough pineapple to eat during our entire vacation and packaged pineapples to bring home, too! Tour guide, Brett, was knowledgeable and entertaining. Overall, very worthwhile and... More

Our tour guide, Steve, was friendly, funny and very knowledgeable. We toured the factory as well as drove around the fields. Make sure you wear sunscreen! The pineapple was delicious and we learned so much about them. We definitely recommend getting the lunch combo. It was so good!

It was fun to tour with group of people eating the best "Maui Gold" Pineapple on the field - with beautiful scenic views surrounding. The tour guide taught us everything about the Pineapple production and his warm personality let everyone feel at home. Again, the experience including the views and pineapple picking and eating worth every pennies we paid! It's... More

Maui Pineapple Tours was VERY accommodating for our family's needs, so the tour began in the parking lot in front of the Hali'imaile General Store, owned by renowned chef, Bev Gannon. While the weather was Maui-picturesque, the AC-cooled bus was a welcome luxury. Steve's (our tour guide) enlightening knowledge and history of Maui Gold Pineapple Company was very informative and... I was planning on taking the tour until I read the liability release that all customers must sign. It is posted on their website. Even if the tour operator is negligent, you agree not to sue them, and if action is taken against them by anyone for their own negligence, their customers agree that they (the customers) will pay all...
