My husband and I joined Captain Junior and Carl and others on a 6 hr bottom fishing outing. We had such a good time, caught a lot of fish....all were interesting; most were large and edible. Advise going early in your vacation so you have time to eat your catch. We'll go again when we return.

The Strike Zone is a great value for someone that wants to do some fishing or wanting to take a enjoyable boat ride. Or crew caught 3 Maui and 4 small tuna fish. We chose this boat because you are almost guaranteed to catch something unless you have no idea how to fish. The Crew was on point and always... More

The Capitan and crew of this boat were awesome. We booked the boat as a private trip as this was the only way the kids could go. We had 4 kids under the age of 8 in our group of 10. 15 minutes from harbor, while trolling out we caught our first fish which was a Mahi Mahi. The rest... More

We thought it would be nice to do some bottom as well as sport fishing. But sport fishing is just a tiny chance of actually sport fishing yourself. In 3 hours of sport fishing, we only had 1 bite, which came off after 5 seconds. That means 1 angler out of 16 was allowed to sit in the fighting chair... More

My wife and I booked a four hour combination (sport-fishing and bottom line drop). The crew on the boat were Dana (captain), first mate Jay and deckhand Angel. They were all super friendly and super knowledgeable. Although my wife and I didn't land anything massive we got to experience another participant in the boat haul in a decent size Mahi... More

We went fishing when we were in Maui early this month. I think it was the best thing we did in Maui the whole time we were there. It wasn't just the fishing, which was pretty good, but being out on the ocean with a great crew. They explained everything to us and let us take the fish we caught... More

The crew are funny have a good knowledge. The gear used is old and average condition, trolled up a Mahi Mahi and Wahoo. What they call deep sea fishing with 14 people fishing isn't what you think. Using mono line in 40-60m isn't the best choice when bottom fishing, most people couldn't feel the fish biting. Even using tiny little... More

We went on a 6 hour tour with captain brad, Carl, and sparky. They were very professional and you could tell they enjoyed fishing. Although we didn't catch any sport fish and only 7 total fish bottom fishing, it wasn't from a lack of trying on the crews part. They had tips and suggestions and were even willing to show... More

Very disappointed and over priced for what you get they placed my 9 year old son in the front of the boat where he was eye level with the railing and expected him to fish over it and when I asked to have us moved to a better spot they were just rude and had him fish between the rails... More

Today was awesome, we set out of the harbor trolling and we caught two huge Ono fishes. The water was beautiful. The boat unlike other fishing boats wasn't your typical bloody, guty, smelly, boat. Bottom fishing was fun and extremely easy. We caught a load of fish bottom fishing. But what sealed the deal was the fact that the captain... More
