Great views and fantastic holes on the back nine. Very expensive. The staff is great and the course is not crowded, so you will enjoy a relaxing round.

I am a bogey golfer from Michigan and have played several fine golf courses including Arcadia Bluffs, Torrey Pines, and Kapalua Plantation Course. The Challenge at Manele Bay is a notch above all of these great golf courses. The course was in excellent condition, scenery spectacular on every hole, and the service was outstanding. It takes a little effort and... More

I have played all over the world and this course is one of the two most beautiful courses I have ever played, the other being Cape Kidnappers on the North Island of New Zealand. The layout is fabulous with a great variety of holes, wonderful use of the existing terrain and views that are absolutely breathtaking. The service was great... More

Fantastic scenery, literally a photo opp on each hole. Some very tricky holes. Good sand (not that I every went in :) . The staff was very nice. We had lunch afterwards and it was very scenic with very good food.

We took the ferry over to Lanai. I think it was $25 per person each way. We only went to the island to golf so that's all I can speak about. This course is breathtaking with 11 holes on the water. You could see the ocean on almost every hole. Just to let you know how exclusive and beautiful this... More

One of the most prestigious Golf Courses on Earth, Friendly, staff. Course is well groomed. Nice to see native wildlife as you golf and yet not threatening. Would recommend to any Golf Pro.

Go for the View ... and the golf is then a bonus. Very well maintained, challenging but when you get a good run it's sensational. Greens are not super fast but all similar and very fair… Take some old balls (if you play like me) as the sea inlets, gullies and rough takes any bad shots It is quite an... More

The low play rate for this destination course means that the greens and fairways are in perfect shape. Didn't love the firm sand in bunkers (of which there are many!). Pro and his staff outstanding as well. 5 Tee boxes a nice touch. Every hole different and all with great views. A must for all golfers

The Challenge at Manele Bay is magical. A Jack Nicklaus-designed course, this tract is situated above the 200 foot tall black cliffs on Lanai. There is quite a bit of elevation change, and, as a result, there are great views on almost all of the holes. The holes along the cliffs are particularly breath-taking. Bring your camera. This is a... More
