My wife and I were a little unsure about the stand up paddle board part of this adventure. It was not as hard as we thought it was going to be. Our guide talked us through the process of standing up and how to paddle. Our group ranged in age from early 20's to early 60's and we all made... More

I was a little apprehensive when my husband suggested this adventure. Now I am absolutely amazed by how much fun this was. Nate and Cal took our group to the base of the mountains (beautiful back drop) gave us an informative safety instruction. These two are great. My job is about safety and every detail demonstrated their total commitment to... More

Kauai has the only navigable rivers in the Hawaii islands and offers the opportunity for wonderful kayaking. We had no prior experience, but our guide Erica did a great job teaching us the basics and then was there to support us throughout the excursion. After kayaking up the river we then hiked to some small but gorgeous falls. Along the... More

did the nui nui tour with outfitters. Shawn and Patty were guides. Can't say enough about this tour and the staff. The zip lines are on the Rice plantation, a part of Kauai not otherwise accessible. You spend the day zipping in the caldera of the volcano that formed Kauai. The lines are great with spectacular views! We zipped 9... More

We did the Bike Down Waimea Canyon tour. Aaron and Maka did a great job of making sure everyone was safe and that there were no surprises. They did a little "can you really ride a bike" test in the parking lot - along with showing how their single speed beach cruiser bikes were probably different from what you usually... More

We wanted to do the 3 hr zip lining tour but were (eventually) thrilled to have done the 5 hour one including lunch. I am not the adventurous type normally but I loved this. It felt very safe and the numerous instructions for me were very reassuring. We had three guides Patti (funny but so safety conscious), Sean (funny and... More

This was such an incredible experience and a great way to see the foliage up close. We did the zip lining adventure and it was so worth it!! The guides were great and really safety conscious. I'm terrified of heights and I had no problem, mainly because they are so caring and help you stay safe. I would do this... More

Go on the kipu safari tour. Best tour you can get in a day in Kauai. I know because I was a tour guide on the island for a year and a half. Also go to the napali coast kayak if time permits and a few hours to hike hanakapiai falls.

A couple of us wanted to try stand up paddling and these guys seemed like the best bet. We were a group of 6 ranging in age from 17 to 60 with a wide range of physical fitness/ability. The guides (Matt and Aaron) were great. They start w a basic orientation and the get you on the boards and out... More

Being first-timers, I wasn't sure what to expect other than to be excited (and hope that I wouldn't be too scared to jump), so I signed me and the hubs up for the 6 line Lele Eono route, which looked more manageable, yet I figured ANY ziplining in Kauai had to be fantastic no matter what. I corresponded with the... More

Aloha 45Nina, Mahalo for the Excellent review. Erica and Nathan are all those things and more. Thank you for noticing. Since you enjoyed the Lele Eono so much, you must come back and try our Nui Nui zipine. You can be one of the "cool kids" all over again. :) More
