We arrived early as the other TripAdvisors mentioned. We got there 30 minutes early and we were easily 50-60th in line. About 5:25, a gal walked around passing out drinks which was nice. Check in was fast and easy. We were 3rd back from front, we could see everything. Appetizers were vegetables, potatoes, chips and some beef pieces that tasted... More

I know this sounds corny but I've always watched Luau's on tv show or a movie and always wanted to try one and they were always on the beach! Well, I found out this was the ONLY luau on Kauai that is oceanfront on the beach and so we decided to go to this one! The atmosphere and location was... More

Our group was there on Jan. 26th. We had reserved early so we had excellent seats, front row, center. Could feel the heat from the fire dancer. The sunset was magnificent, well, it is Kauai. The food could have been better. Our first luau on Oahu, for the same price, had about 50% more food selections, better labeled. For the... More

Attended this luau while on Hawaii last week. I loved it. This was my first luau so I have nothing to compare it to. We arrived 40 minutes prior to opening and were at the front of the line. They had served us Mai Tai's and Blue Hawaiians while we waited. Seated in the very front. Loved the show, the... More

We have been to many Luau's during our time but had to take our relatives to their first. If you go you have to arrive early as recommended by the booking agent. We arrived 1/2 hr before it opened and there were already 75-100 people in front of us. Once they opened you check in at a table and you... More

Attended this luau Christmas Day, evening. The tables were all located outside close to the beach. We had their premier seating which was seating right in front of the main stage. There were two stages..one at the front and one at the side in an attempt to ensure all could see. Long rows of rectangular tables were set up for... More

It's a luau.....quintessential touristy, cheesy luau entertainment. This is actually a pretty small venue, not with tons of people.....manageable size of guests. We did one on Oahu and it was at least 5 times bigger with really bad seating in the back. But here no one is too far from the stage and the ocean front location is awesome. Yes,... More

Oh boy... I knew when we wanted to do the luau that it wasn't going to be the most authentic cultural experience, given we were at the Sheraton. However, the dancing all looked the same, at one point they were doing a fashion show and overall, it was just kind of snooze worthy. If you're into touristy crap, you'll like... More

So nice to experience on Christmas Day! Beautiful dancers, and Handsome too! Loved that you involved the audience and my son got up and shook his hips and had a blast! Most beautiful sunset. Food was good. Would have been better to have all food clearly marked as I am allergic to shellfish but all in all was good. Loved... More

I know luaus are a bit cheesy and touristy but hey, when in Rome.... We actually had a good time at the luau, the food was acceptable and the entertainment, the hula girls, the fire juggling, and the music made it an enjoyable evening. The show traced the path of the Polynesians through the Pacific from Hawaii to Tahiti and... More
