We did the tour with Greg and Elijah as our guides. As we were heading out, we had a large group of Dolphins follow us out. We were all excited. At our first snorkel spot, we saw lots of sea turtles. Great fun snorkeling with these great animals. Our second snorkel spot we saw schools of fish plus more sea... More

This was our second time to Kauai and far and away the best snorkeling tour I've taken in all of Hawaii. We did the 7:45 trip with Tara who was wonderfully knowledgable and informative. We saw tons of spinner dolphins and swam with more turtles than I've ever seen on any snorkel trip. Tara is a wealth of knowledge and... More

I was a bit concerned signing up for a nonrefundable snorkel trip even if Kauai Sea Rider Snorkel cancelled the trip as I was a tourist and would have been unable to reschedule. The day before, another tour operator cancelled a trip I had signed up for due to high waves but they refunded me as they had cancelled the... More

I went on a south shore half day excursion and it was amazing. The views were fabulous the entire ride. We were first taken to the shore of the botanical garden which was beautiful. The first spot snorkeling was joyous--the second we dropped into the water you were surrounded by hundreds of fish! Next we stopped to whale watch and... More

I loved riding in the Zodiac, but a couple people on our trip got queasy - Captain Tara took wonderful care of them resting on a boogie board while her two crew kept us safe and entertained during the snorkel stops. It was a blast to see dolphins and dive with turtles, but probably the part I enjoyed best was... More

My husband and I had the best time with Tara and Nick on a snorkel tour. We started at 7:45 getting fitted for gear and got back to the harbour by 12 noon for lunch (included and yummy) We spotted heaps of Spinner dolphins from the boat and also checked out some of the coast and private beaches accessible only... Really enjoyed the trip out last Sunday. The dolphins, turtles, coast, caves and history are all worth it. I definitely recommend the trip, but with a few cautions so you know what you are getting. (1) The snorkelling itself is just OK. If you've snorkelled at all, you've probably seen better locations and more interesting fish. (2) The Zodiac should... More

Although this rough & tumble zodiac trip might not be for everyone, I LOVED it! Deposited right in the middle of some of the most beautiful snorkeling locations and guided by the stellar Capt.Tara, this trip was so much more interesting and unique than the catamaran tour of the Na Pali coast we took last year. Being close to the... More

This was our second snorkel experience on our trip, the first was on the Big Island. This outing was much different in regards to the boat and size of the group. Tara and her crew were amazing. Tara is a marine biologist and obviously loves what she does and takes the time to educate the guests about the area and... More

Our first nature trip on a Zodiac and it will be hard to go back to a Catamaran, no matter how deluxe it is. Captain Tara and her first mate were everything we had been told. While we may have been lucky to be in the right place at the right time, Capt Tara was just great as narrator and... More
