It's the same stuff you can get at the ABC stores found all over the islands for lower prices. We walked in, got our shell leis (hence the one star) and walked out. The bathroom was relatively clean.

This business is dishonest. When shopping with my six year old for a setting for her pearl, the sales person tried to sell me a sterling silver pendant by falsely telling me it was white gold. She told me three times that the pendant we wanted only came in white gold, however the tag was clearly marked "SS". When I... More

High priced Hawaiian attire for the most part, although we did purchase some hawaiian coffee. Politely said no thank you to the jewelry sales staff, and they did not bother us.

Just the same old matching overpriced Hawaiian print clothing you can find on any of the islands. I say skip this and shop at some of the great local stores on the island. We shopped local and my son found the coolest vintage Hawaiian shirt ever! And at a great price!

This is a nice shop with a pretty large selection of Hawaiian Aloha gear. It is my husband's go-to shop for Hawaiian shirts. However, I rarely find anything flattering for myself here. I don't want a muumuu and I have curves so many of the spaghetti-strap dresses just don't work. One time several years ago I did find a basic... More

This is a nice Hilo Hatties, there are many others on other islands, but this IS the Hawaiian shop to go to. Beautiful Hawaiian clothing, and items to bring home. When you wear these clothes out, everyone knows the quality and where you purchased them. Watch out for the cruise ships. Find out what time they are docking, because when... More

When you walk in the door, you are welcomed with a Shell Lei. Love the Colorful Hawaiian clothing in Hilo Hatties. It is not just shirts. They have Beautiful Wedding Dresses with matching shirts for the men, childrens clothing, mugs, souvineers, etc.

If you are looking for small souvenirs or Hawaiian shirts, this is the place for you. The prices range from very low to very high, depending on the quality of clothing you select. The staff is friendly and the store is nice and clean and roomy. When you walk into the store you will be approached by the jewelry country... More

Worst customer service experience ever. Went in to shop for stuff for our kids, but no one helped us. When you enter, you get the hard sell to buy pearl jewelry. It was kind of neat to see the pearls come out of the oysters, but the woman who then tried to sell us jewelry was a very high pressure... More

Has a lot of items to interest any tourist. Some are priced higher than Walmart but you cannot find all these items in a Walmart. So if you are in a hurry and need some items quick this is the place to shop.
