We arrived expecting to go hiking in the area, but just found a small parking lot with no trespassing signs all over. Then we talked to a guy who was set up painting pictures and he told us there was a trail to the bottom. Just go to the end of the rock wall, hop over it and follow the... More

There were many waterfalls to visit on Kauai, and while this one is not a big one, it still was beautiful and breathtaking. It was definitely worth the trip.

After a kayak trip up the Wailua River, my group hiked a mile to the Falls. We were not disappointed! It really is one of the wonders of Kauai!

Highly recommended to stop here while in Kaua'i. Our family including kids ages 7 & 10 really enjoyed it. It can be combined with several other stops in a full day tour or on its own.

If you have patience with other tourists driving habits, this is a nice stop. The falls were clear versus past visits after heavy rain the falls look like chocolate milk.

Small, but nice waterfall. Its an easy visit to drive up and see, but you see it from up high. I did not see how I could hike down to it, but I heard a lot of people do.

The falls are beautiful and it's an easy drive to the falls. The parking lot is a little cumbersome, however worth it to view the falls.

Witnessed these falls on our first day in Kauai. It was a nice spot to drive to, and neat to notice the different forms of lava that created the falls. There were also boars in the grass across from the lookout, which added to the experience.

A beautiful stop-off to make during the rode-trip around the area of Lihue and Poipu.Just get out of the car for 20 minutes to see the falls from above and watch the water cascade into the pools below.
