That's the best way to describe the entire experience. The buffet dinner was so, so, maybe a little better. My wife and I are around 40 and neither of us had seen South Pacific. I was underwhelmed by the entire production, including the actors, props, and set. But the score guy on the piano was really good. Overall, it was... More

The dinner show was very enjoyable and the actors seemed to be enjoying themselves. However, the food was very mediocre.. There needs to be more variety on the menu for people with different food issues.

The South Pacific Dinner & Theater show is OK. Nothing spectacular. Pretty much an above average "high school" production. The cast is enthusiastic and try very hard. The food is OK. If you have nothing else to do, go. But don't go out of your way.

You will not believe what the do with so little room to do what was an extravaganza movie. The food was okay, so they get the 5 Stars for the play. Enjoy it, we did. It is a "Gotta Go" kinda place Rube

I love musicals. When "South Pacific" finally started, it was enchanting. The voice of the person playing Emile DeBeq was a spectacular bass, with the large range the part needs and a great deal of strength in his voice. The Bloody Mary character had a great voice and did a terrific job of carrying off the funny character. And Nelly... More

This production of South Pacific is very professional and a nice mid-week (Wednesday) break from all the outdoor adventure excursions on Kauai. The lead singers (especially Nellie, Emile and Bloody Mary) were fantastic, really did justice to the music. We got premium seats which were front and center and it was well worth it! The buffet was good, chicken and... More

We have always liked the original movie of South Pacific and looked forward to seeing the local stage presentation. The buffet dinner was average but the food was good. At our table there were couples from Canada and the mainland. We thought the performance was excellent. The lead had a great voice and so did several of the other performers.... More

Very fun and festive, enjoyed the music! The costumes were great. Intimate atmosphere, dinner was great. Had a lot of fun during the evening at the show.

Last week was our third visit to Kauai and each time we go to the South Pacific show which keeps getting better and better. We had really good seats toward the front and were impressed by the high level of both acting and singing. It's always amazed us that this little island can have such a wealth of talent on... More

We saw the sign on our way to our Condo. We thought that since we were in the tropics, we would go to the play. Full disclosure, we were two couples in our late 40's. The tickets were 86.00 each for the dinner buffet and the play. We arrived at 5:45, as directed, on our tickets. We walked into a... More
