We are not Hindu, but visit regularly to enjoy the morning puja ceremony. The gardens here are really beautiful, as has been mentioned, and the views are some of the loveliest on the island. Go and see it. make sure you go on a day when they make the tour. be there early. At 2pm they close. Hard to find, but really worth every second. and.... something completely new...its free.... More

We visit the monastery every time we are on Kauai. It is gorgeous, serene and inviting. Open daily at 9 for meditation and services, open to the public, but for a special treat call ahead for reservations for the tour of the new temple which is under construction. More
