Beach had a lagoon with calm and shallow waters and beautiful mountain views. It seemed popular with campers.

Stopped at this beach as part of a photo tour, otherwise you would not know to look for it. Quiet, beautiful beach with plenty of room. Family friendly and Lifeguards are there. A favorite of the locals. I'm glad our tour guide took us there, it was his hometown beach! The beach has a view of "Sleeping Giant".

You can pretty well swim at this beach any time as it is pretty calm. Quite a bit of rocks and a very narrow amount of sand. We watched wind surfers on a windy day they go really fast.

It was beautiful! It's not a big beach, and it's not well known. There were a few local guys fishing there. What a peaceful piece of heaven. So glad we got to experience it!

I flew into Kauai by myself for a 9 day visit after not being there for 6 years. Just had to stop at Anatolia Beach to see the ocean & the Park! So very nice- clean facility-I walked mostly just to hear & experience the beach & waves, It was windy & about 75 in April- perfect! what a way... More

If you go to this beach be aware this is a "locals" beach and even though all beaches in Kauai are public be aware of the locals asking questions and giving small lectures about how "Their" beaches are being taken over by tourist. Be respectful and you shouldn't have any problems. The beaches are nice with waves and snorkel areas... More

Great beach. Great waves for boogie boarding. Very few rocks but you do have to be careful. Waves tend to be pretty rough at times but really fun.

This beach is accessible with parking and has the necessary features for an enjoyable beach-side fun spot. It is a tree-fringed, sweeping, sandy bay with a picturesque mountain back-drop. Very Good

This is a beautiful beach fairly close to Kapaa, where we stay. We started going there because it was close, but I really like it - it's a lovely view, and fairly quiet, even on week-ends, because there's a lot of space. You can park very close to the beach, and there's also shade, very important at times.

This is a locals beach so you won't encounter many tourists here. Scenery is lovely and there are areas where swimming is great. Shallow areas allow children to play. However, check with the lifeguards if you snorkel. Currents here can be strong. My favorite way to enjoy this beach is to picnic and relax on the beach or just sitting... More
