"The Complete History of America (Abridged)" is one of the longest running comedies in London, performed for the first time on Kauai! You'll laugh hysterically as 3 actors present over 500 years of American history as they continuously change costumes and characters. Think of an American history lesson as told by the Marx Brothers or The Three Stooges, on Saturday Night Live! Before the show, enjoy a relaxing 3-course dinner served in the Palms Restaurant with table side service including appetizer, entree (including vegetarian and fish options)and dessert choices plus coffee or tea. Price includes dinner, gratuity and the show. Join the over 5,000 Kauai visitors and kama`aina who have seen this hysterical comedy. Don't miss it!

Improv is my favorite comedy. This is as far from good humor as Hawaii is from NY. I guess that they are working on the next version: "How King Kamehameha Raped and Pillaged the original inhabitants of Hawaii (Abridged)!" Let's tell a bunch of perverse "I hate America" BS history and claim that it represents real history is the story... More

If you're not into live performance comedy like improv or melo-drama theater, then don't waste your time. This vaudeville style production is big on word puns, timing and a little bit of physical comedy. This is a low budget production, but the talent and delivery of the three performers is not. These guys have great timing, expression, and stage presence.... More

I've seen the Complete Works of Shakespeare: Abridged with the original cast comprised of the authors several times. I was pleasantly surprised to see this trio holding up the the undignified/unrelenting/unsophisticated level of comedy that the originals had long ago stooped to in their first work. It is now being displayed in their newer work by these island thespians. Having... More

What a fun evening! These guys are great, and you can tell they LOVE what they're doing. They give it everything up there, and really pull the audience in. Seamless timing, clever body language and expressions, witty dialogue and an overall very funny show. Intimate setting allows for a good view from every seat, as well as making it easy... More

Non-stop sketches and one liners. Full of energy. Lots of double entendre. Wish I could remember all of the jokes.

This production is WAY overrated and over priced. The dinner was average. We kept waiting for the funny part to begin. Save your money for something more entertaining on the island.

The Producers of Oceanside Productions know that while you can please some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, you can never please all of the people all of the time (attributed to Abraham Lincoln, but we also like the saying). We also believe it’s difficult to guage and understand the... More
