Spent some time in here one wonderful morning, what a lovely store. It was busy, but I knew some advice would be helpful, so was happy to wait. Served by Vicky herself, who could not have been more enthusiastic, and offered good advice when we were choosing fabrics for a particular project. She was also very kind in allowing me... More

This was a special treat for our mom. She loves buying fabric from all of the different places she visits. They had a huge variety. Vicky's daughter helped us and was very friendly. They had local prints as well as an array of ocean and tropical themed fabric. After our mom collected her massive purchase, Vicky's daughter gave her a... More

I've been shopping at Vicky's Fabrics for a number of years. I have always received great service and attention. They have a super selection of fabrics from which to choose. On my last visit I purchased 30 yards of Hawaiiana vintage bark cloth to recover a rattan furniture set. Maile, the manager has helped me in the past and her... More

What a wonderful shop! This little store must have over 3,000 bolts to choose from. We had a great time browsing and found some wonderful fabric. They were very friendly and helpful.

Wandered into Vicky's shop to "just check it out" ... and wanted every bolt in the store! A grandmother of one of the staff was choosing some fabric and before I knew it was part of a wonderful conversation about quilts. Wound up buying a few yards of the fabric under discussion and a few others as well. It was... More

Vicky has a wide range of all kinds of fabrics and keeps her selection updated and to the season. She has a large selection of quilt patterns some of which are done locally. I intend to go back and purchase some Hawaiian fabric and patterns. Don't be shy if you do not sew since she has many sewn gift items.

I have a thing for vintage fabrics, especially Hawaiiana or 30's & 40's style. I happened upon Vicky's Fabrics in Kapa'a and went in as it looked like an old fashioned store. What a joy! I bought four gorgeous and reasonably priced tote bags made out of fabulous vintage fabric. Vicky even climbed into the display window to snag a... More

Vicky's Fabrics in Kapaa, Kauai, is a destination stop for the fabric lover. Lots of beautiful barkcloth, and so many choices in tropical prints! The woman who helped me was nice, funny, and knew her stuff. I didn't have a pattern, just ideas--she helped me figure out yardage in minutes. Can't wait to try my wonderful new fabrics. If you...
