Please be advised that the trail leading to Secret Falls has been greatly improved since November 16th, 2014. A board walk has been installed to span the ditches which have been very muddy for many months. Although the trail is often muddy and slippery, the overall hiking experience is substantially better. For those of you who hiked the Secret Falls trail earlier this year, all of the kayak companies thank you for your patience and understanding that the rain forest trail is through a wilderness which is subject to Mother Nature's whimsical behavior. Mahalo nui loa and a hui hou!

lowest cost Kayak in Kauai. Bring own food. they provide drybag backpack to carry it. Get pics in the waterfall. We had a very nice group that bonded well which always makes for a great time. Very scenic and relaxing. Current a little strong on the way back. I brought gloves and recommend using them.

We kayaked up river, then a short hike to a waterfall where we ate lunch and swam. Joe our tour guide was very informative and really made the trip a lot of fun. We must have asked him a million questions about indigenous plants, wildlife and things to do around the island. Easily the funnest thing we did on our... More

Had a fun day with the kayak and hike to Wailua Falls. Everyone at this company was great to work with from calling for information, booking the tour, and the guide for the tour. He was very attentive to everyone’s comfort and safety. Be sure to wear either Keens or sneakers. One of the people who wore water shoes commented... More

Forrest was our tour guide and he was HILARIOUS!! So knowledgeable about all the history, plants, animals, mountains, everything. Even taught us about the language. The tour was super fun and not as bad as you would think, even for my first time! Five stars... Plus, they knew all the spots to eat and drink after!!

My husband and I just completed the Kayak Wailua trip. The scenery was absolutely gorgeous and the pictures I saw before hand did not do the trip justice. When we arrived the grounds were gated in so the parking was private and the area was very clean and looked newer/updated. I would suggest to bring sandals with a strap in... More

This is an amazing opportunity to enjoy Kauai at it's best. You do not have to be an avid Kayaker to enjoy this activity. You also don't have to be super man or super woman. Whether you go guided or un-guided, this is a safe, fun adventure. Put your valuables and electronics in a water tight container, pack a lunch,... More

A terrific 2 mile kayak trip followed by a beautiful 2 mike river hike. The pay off is a waterfall and pool you can swim in. Kawika was our guide and he was extremely knowledgeable about the flora and Kauai. You may need to paddle against the wind at times but it's with the effort.

We enjoyed our experience with Kayak Wailua. We had a great guide Lisa. She was really sweet, quite knowledgeable about local stuff given she has been staying in Kauai for a long time, and she had a great sense of humor! She even carried a chair for someone in the group who was not feeling too good.I thought that was... More

We took a tour while on our Honeymoon with Lisa. She was awesomely helpful to us newbies to kayaking. She was so patient and kind to us. Plus as an added bonus she knew her plants, location history, restaurant recommendations, and had excellent stories for us throughout the whole trip. She was also so very kind to send us pictures... My mom and I decided to do one guided tour of Kauai while we were there for a week and we were very happy with our choice. Lisa was our guide and she had a great sense of humor and was very knowledgeable. The equipment was in great condition and the hike was incredible. It wasn't too strenuous for us,... More
