It's a fun unique experience. I could see that kids would love it. It's just a bridge over a canal, but it does sway. Maybe better before lunch. ;)

We visited FRIDAY NITE ARTNITE to Hanapepe. (home of Lilo & Stitch) and were fortunate enough to discover the Swinging Bridge just as there was a SUNSET. We were staying on the East Side so enjoyed many sunrises, but this was our FIRST SUNSET. Swinging Bridge became a "Kissing Bridge"... Fun Adventure !

Fun bridge and very scenic surroundings. A shame to miss it if you are in the area. It's just off the main street.

It was fine. There's no fee and my five year old thought it was great. But it's really just walkway over a river.. and nothing much on the other side.

Pretty cool! Nothing to seek out, but if you're in the area definitely stop by. It only takes about five minutes. Park your car and walk across the bridge and then turn around and walk back.

We went to Hanapepe to see grandpa's hometown. Went there before, but never did the swinging bridge. Daughter refused to go since it was a little "squeeky" and over the water. Little spooky, but an experience nonetheless. :)

Nothing that will bring out the goosebumps, but just a really nice foot bridge over a picturesque river in a homey little town where they roll up the sidewalks at five.

This was a cute top but I wouldn't go out of my way to stop here. The bridge does swing and bounce a lot which made me and my mom sick. My son loved it though. You walk to the other side and come back.

Oh what fun! We have done this every time we visit Kauai and this area. So glad the bridge is fixed and in good shape. A few others were walking with us this Sunday. What fun! Kauai😄

It's a just a long narrow bridge over the river. It makes me dizzy when other people swing it to & fro. There is nothing to really look at on the other side, just turn around and come back, you're done. However, there is a rather HUGE Banyan Tree in the yard to the right as you approach the bridge;...
