Bubbles Below is in my opinion the #1 dive operator on the island of Kauai. Linda and her crew treat everyone like family, offering professional training, dive guiding, and more! Her respect for the sea, and her passion for sharing her vast knowledge of the ocean environment, makes a day on, and under, the water with them something that will... More

Everyone we dealt with was super-knowledgeable and professional. Great captain (we saw dolphins and turtles galore and got a ton of local knowledge about the coastline and the island). Great DM (fantastic at picking sites and finding cool stuff, very focused on diver safety). Great owner. This is not a cookie cutter/we treat everyone like a number dive operation. They... More

I dove with bubbles below in June took me a while to write review! Niihau was the best hawaii diving I've done there. Except for the mante ray dive with jack's dive locker on the big island. Diving with a large monk seal was lot's of fun. The trip over and back not so fun! Two and half hours getting... More

First of all, when I called and asked what size boat they had, Joe stated it was a "45 foot boat". He must also work for another charter and was confused. The boat is a 34 foot boat that could use a little work. Second I requested a 100 cu.in tank for the first dive down to @ a 100... More

Two weeks staying at a great house in Poipu, seven days of diving (two to Nihau) with Bubbles Below and the only downsides were the wife having a cold and having to leave and not return for at least nine months. It continually amazes me how Linda can be so enthusiastic about the underwater sights after all these years...but she... More

We were scuba certified over our vacation and the books were sent ahead so we could study prior to arriving. The instruction was low key and top notch did our check out dives at Koloa landing.

Title says it all. Hear great stuff about linda and her dives but our reservation was given up because we failed to call back within 10 minutes despite booking months in advance and practively calling to find out about our trip when thw weather wa s reported to be bad. Talk to linda only about your plans and reservations as... More

My daughter (16) loves the ocean and all the sea life so this trip to Kauai was the perfect opportunity to surprise her and let her try scuba diving. There are several SCUBA companies here on the island and I researched several of them before deciding on Bubbles Below. Although I was certified a long, long time ago I would... More

We did the 3 tank Niihau dive. It's an all day 6:30am-5pm adventure dive. The boat rise is ~2hrs each way and very choppy back, even I summer. So be prepared and not recommended if you might get seasick. Boat really comfortably carry 6 divers (given captain and 2 dive guides and equipment, but dive shop may take up to... More

Wow! What can I say? Bubbles Below has the best dive crew I've ever had the pleasure of diving with. My boyfriend had spoke to them ahead of time without my knowledge as he wanted to propose on our Nepali trip. They made everything perfect! Captain Earl backed us under a waterfall along the coast right before we were engaged!... More
