The quality is much better than it has been in the last 10 years. However they need to improve the greens and the bunkers to be anywhere near as good as others. Better than the Beach Course. Go to Mauna Lani for a course that is worth double the money.

Everyone had hyped up the golf courses in HI but this one was a disappointment. It was no better than the ones stateside. The course was not as kept up as we were lead to believe.

Course was in good shape. The wind made the front 9 really tough. The rough and out of bounds is mostly lava rock, so if you leave the fairway you probably won't find your ball. The starter was very grumpy with us for being a few minutes late for our start time even though there was nobody scheduled after us.... More

My husband played the front 9 and loved it. I rode with him for the views and they were stunning. Highly recommend this! We wish we had done the Beach course, but definitely recommend this one.

There is nothing like playing golf and the view of an ocean! The prices are not bad either. Rented my clubs, they have very nice clubs to rent. Exceptional!!

This golf course badly needs maintenance (e.g. weeds in bunkers, greens patchy) Too expensive for the standard of the course.

Stop by for breakfast, best place for a good reasonable priced breakfast option. Very helpful staff in the golf shop and good sale items.

We purchased a 3 round course package for two people and used our first round on the Kings Course that brought down the price to about $90 a round per person. We had the unfortunate luck of picking a day where the wind was so bad it made me unstable during my shots, the good part was 300 yard drives,... More

This course is in good condition considering it gets three times the play of Mauna Lani and Mauna Kea. There are some rough spots in the fairways but the tees and greens were in great condition. The Bermuda grass rough will cause serious shot deflection. Our pro shop experience was excellent because it was Allen who checked us in. They... More

This one is paired with the Beach and the Beach is better. The King's seems a little boring after the playing the Beach. The greens are good and the maintenance is good.
