A little disappointed in the Beach Course. Wasn't in nearly as good shape as the Waikoloa King's Course. Still wonderful.

Robert Trent Jones came through again on this wonderful Waikoloa Beach Resort Course. Very generous fairways with lots of risk reward shots. Wind stayed down making it a perfect morning for golf!

If you are staying at the Hilton, make sure the concierge books the course for you since you will get a nice discounted rate. A nice course with wide fairways so you don't lose too many balls. A few ponds, but it seemed they had quite a few sand traps which I always found. The name "Beach" is a little... More

we played both the Beach and the Kings courses. the fairways are ok, the tee boxes flat, but the bunkers are hard and a lot of fabric showing in them, the greens were pretty spotty with a lot of bad patches like they had a virus. maintenance on the greens and bunkers was not up to par with the cost... Staying at the Marriot and as the wife had the car, they sent over a much appreciated shuttle to take me to the course. The staff was fast and friendly and the rental clubs were Nike something or others and were fine (though I wouldn't buy them myself). The course itself was in excellent shape with green fairways and fast... More

What can i say apart from this is an expensive experience and not really grate value for money. The course itself is well laid out however it's not in the best nick and the greens are well slightly patchwork style. For what you pay in green fee's i expected better to be honest. The rental clubs are Nike and appear... More

Have played this course 4 times during our stay, course is in wonderful shape and features fast greens. I don't understand the negative reviews I'm seeing.... I would recommend this course to anyone. As with all golf courses there are discounted rates available if you're accustomed to seeking them out. PS....the dreaded "Waiko-BLOWA" wind was only prevalent one day.....we still... More

If your expecting a great golf experience for your $110+ greens fee, forget it. The course is in horrible shape. The fairways have numerous bare sports as do the greens. The bunkers have little or no sand in them. If you want a good Pro Shop, go there by all means. Good cloths and not all that expensive, for Hawaii.... More

Free shuttle from hotel to golf resort, golf cart and free water bottles included in green fee, friendly staff, very good driving range, beautiful golf course, long distances to and between holes, strong winds make the course difficult to judge distances. But overall, very enjoyable experience.

Decent rate of $125 if you stay at a resort and play after 11:30 AM. Do look for promos to get free club rentals. There are three sets of tee boxes with the seniors and ladies tees together. Course winds through condos and various lava formations. Some holes require crossing water and there is a hole that plays along the... More
