My family and I enjoyed a staycation at the hotel for the fourth time this year. My husband treated me to a massage at the Kohala Spa for a late Mother's Day gift and it was delightful. The staff at the Spa are very Kamaaina friendly which made me feel at home. Some places like this in other hotels and... More

I got a massage here and it was absolutely amazing! It was the best massage that I have ever received (Toni was my massage therapist). I also got my bridal hair and make-up done here and I was ended up so happy. If you are going to do bridal hair and make-up here be careful and ask for a firm... More

We had our first spa experience and first massages while there. It was a pleasant experience and they helped ease our nerves with the massages. They were pricey but very good. I could have stayed at the spa all day. Recommend it if money isn't an option.

Thoroughly enjoyed massage, but had to change in the toilet, squishing walker in with me, clothes nearly falling into the toilet, as no disabled facilities around. Couldn't shower afterwards, again, no disabled shower. Girl who showed me around, was moving quickly and I can't move quickly, so was struggling and feeling bad, like I was holding her up. My masseuse... More

Awesome Spa facility! Very clean and well staffed. Kami, Meagan, Cheryl, Kamiana & Bob have great customer service and are always very accommodating and thoughtful. Magie & Miki are excellent instructors!! We joined the Spa for the extra cross training needed for paddling and have not been disappointed. Extra treat to enjoy the hot tub & steam room after a... My fiancé and I weren't really interested in using the Spa facilities, but enjoyed the Spa product boutique. Prices were about on-par with what we found outside of the resort, and good quality too. Unfortunately we needed to leverage a doctor for an ear infection during our stay and was very pleased to see that there's an on-site MD. We... More

For such a high end hotel you would assume the spa area would have high standards. I am not a clean freak at all but the women's sauna and hot tub area is unbelievable. I spent several days here. Each time I went in the hot tub I got an infection. Disgusting. I used the same shower for 3 days... More

Upon entering the spa I was pretty excited, it had a very relaxing feel. After changing into a robe they take you back across the lobby to a treatment room down a hallway, not "spa" like at all. My massage was great, I enjoyed it. One sister's therapist was trying to bend her in ways her body did not want... More

My first authentic Lomi Lomi massage and definitely worth it. Was very relaxing and she explained a lot through the massage and still let you relax through the rest of it. Loved the fact that could use the sauna, steam and jacuzzi too after the massage. Great clean facilities. Am planning to go back for a facial too :)

I had a massage here and it was okay. I didn't think the spa was anything special, but I'm not a spa connoisseur. I think I could have spent my $$ better doing something else.
