My wife and I did a couples massage here the first day of our trip on the Big Island. It was a therapeutic massage and was closer to a deep tissue massage than I would have liked. While I was hoping for something to help relax me it became much more of an endurance test than I cared for. My... More

First time myself or my mother ever went to a spa. Very pleased with my experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. The facilities were very clean and very nice. Got a fabulous facial. I felt that my manicure and pedicure were rushed, but the lady who did them was very nice and did do good job. I would stick to... More

I didn't use the spa services, but did make use of the gym while I was staying at the Hilton Waikoloa Village for work. It is a great little gym with enough space for people to work out and train, without being on top of one another. The best thing was, the gym was never crowded and only had about... More

The facility is absolutely amazing and inviting. Each area is same gender for privacy, unless your in the couple massage area. Upon arrival, you are taken into the dressing area, given a locker & key, a robe and a quick tour of the spa and all it has to offer. I has the Lommi Lommi Massage with Roy who has... More

We received a couples massage from Natalie and Anala at Kohala Spa and it was amazing! They were both very attentive to our requests and made it a very relaxing experience. We highly recommend Kohala Spa!

My family and I enjoyed a staycation at the hotel for the fourth time this year. My husband treated me to a massage at the Kohala Spa for a late Mother's Day gift and it was delightful. The staff at the Spa are very Kamaaina friendly which made me feel at home. Some places like this in other hotels and... More

I got a massage here and it was absolutely amazing! It was the best massage that I have ever received (Toni was my massage therapist). I also got my bridal hair and make-up done here and I was ended up so happy. If you are going to do bridal hair and make-up here be careful and ask for a firm... More

We had our first spa experience and first massages while there. It was a pleasant experience and they helped ease our nerves with the massages. They were pricey but very good. I could have stayed at the spa all day. Recommend it if money isn't an option.

Thoroughly enjoyed massage, but had to change in the toilet, squishing walker in with me, clothes nearly falling into the toilet, as no disabled facilities around. Couldn't shower afterwards, again, no disabled shower. Girl who showed me around, was moving quickly and I can't move quickly, so was struggling and feeling bad, like I was holding her up. My masseuse... More

Awesome Spa facility! Very clean and well staffed. Kami, Meagan, Cheryl, Kamiana & Bob have great customer service and are always very accommodating and thoughtful. Magie & Miki are excellent instructors!! We joined the Spa for the extra cross training needed for paddling and have not been disappointed. Extra treat to enjoy the hot tub & steam room after a...
