Good value course

A fun course that is very forgiving. It is about 30 miles drive from kailua Kona but worth the trip. They have some good deals on the internet at times.

Good golf stop 2 courses. Beach most popular however we believe the King to be the better layout Not busy. If making res as single or double in am. Suggest request pairing with players of same language as yourself

For a Muni golf experience, this is good value and not to be looked down upon. A very pleasant and unthreatening course, with none of the grasses that make Hapuna a challenge.

A fun playable course. Nothing fancy but great for average golfers who want to enjoy the sun and green grass in the wintertime.

Uncrowded midday. Decent course that is not overly challenging. Located about 7 miles east of the highway proceeding north out of Kona. Adequately maintained. Can be quite hot, thus carrying some water is recommended. It is about 7 miles from the Waikoloa Beach resort area.

Being frugal as I am I chose to play Waikoloa Village. It was a nice track and the staff was friendly. Senior rates were good with 2 sleeves of balls and a bag of tees and cart for $48.00 after noon. Wish I was on the island so I could have played a few more rounds ....88 with 43 putts... More

Did not play here but was staying at Paniolo Greens which overlooks the course which I walked around and went into the Pro shop, its seemed popular with well kept greens and fairways, good club house bar and restaurant. A round comes with a cart included for around $70.

Don't confuse Waikoloa Village golf with the golf resorts at Waikoloa Beach Resort (Kings Course and Beach Course). We did and were somewhat disappointed. Good course, clean, reasonable price compared to other golf clubs in the area, saw wild turkeys and Nene geese which was interesting, but the views from the course are mostly just houses, no beach views, not... Booked a trip with the internet advertising kamaaina rate: "$75 golf all day"......well, on the first day our two golf groups paid the $75 rate and played two rounds of golf which was our understanding of golf all day. Fine. When we returned with our tee times for the second day we assumed the kamaaina rate we paid the first... More

My 17 y/o son and I were determined to play some golf during our vacation. This course really is one of the best values you will find on the Big Island. I found a great deal on GolfNow for a 0930 tee-time, but then the club rental is $49. The pro-shop staff was great, the cart-guys were also great. Good... More
