We stayed across the street at Volcano House, so we popped over here to browse for gifts. I thought it was a little spendy.

Healthy good food, beautiful garden, interesting artwork, and a gracious and fascinating owner. Artwork is very reasonable, I purchased a piece and it looks wonderful in my bedroom.

The gallery/gift store is overflowing with trinkets and art pieces and I am sure everyone will find something for themselves as they stock anything from simple tourist fare (garbage) to some beautiful, locally made pieces. Ira Ono (the owner and creator of many of the pieces) is very welcoming and helpful - just make sure you touch everything ;)

We stopped for a vegan lunch, not realizing how much more the place had to offer. The restaurant serves lunch, desserts, coffee and delicious teas. While waiting to eat, we strolled the grounds, enjoyed beautiful gardens, the gallery containing all manner of art, and the lovely one bedroom rental cottage, But the best moment was meeting Ira Ono, a charming,... We visited the gallery as part of a tour, and were not expecting such a gorgeous garden setting for our lunch. We were greeted with wine and given free rein to wander through the diverse displays inside the cafe and throughout the gardens. The staff were enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable, and this is definitely a great place to stop on... More

On a rainy afternoon in Volcano this was great place to sit, relax and drink tea. We couldn't resist trying their homemade cakes too. Then it was time to shop and was easy to find plenty of cute and unusual gifts. The shop meanders and seems to have many little rooms. Definitely worth a visit.

Nice small gallery with many different small craft souvenirs that's related to the volcano. Garden not bad, could use more orchid plants for variety.
