Nice kayak rentals and good service. We've reserved the kayak in advance to be on a safe side. But when we came to the Hawaii Pack and Paddle office we've founded that it wasn't necessary because there was many free kayaks. All you've got to do is to have an appropriate car to transport your kayak to the bay (we've... More

Bari is a great guide - even dives to show group individual fish. Bring sunscreen - my legs got burned I think in the kayak. Gorgeous scenery and great exercise.

Kaipo and Barry were fantastic! Kaipo took 5 of us out to swim with the manta rays and it was an experience we will never forget! Kayaking out of the bay to the Manta's and then swimming with them for over 2 hours! My sons were blown away! Kaipo was very sweet and so helpful with my boys and I... More

We had an excellent experience. Berry our guide/oceanic teacher was very knowledgeable, and passionate about the ocean and it's inhabitants. Kapo was also a wonderful guide, and we had a great conversation about history of the land and his families heritage. I highly recommend this outfit to anyone with children, my 13yr old son was mesmerized by all he learned... More

I could gush all day about how awesome our King's Tour on Kealakekua Bay was. Before going out, Bari gave a great crash course on the sea life we were about to see and kayak safety. Our guide Kaipo was so knowledgeable and patient with my friend and I, both first time snorkelers. We cruised out to the bay and... More

I cannot say enough great things about the day my husband and I experienced with our kayaking and snorkeling tour. Barry was our tour guide and his enthusiasm, knowledge and passion allowed us to enjoy the ocean and the beauty of the life that lives beneath the water. Barry personally guided us to the spots and identified all the beautiful... More

My 19 year old son and I did the Kayaking and Snorkeling Tour. Our guide was Barry. Apart from the excellent snorkeling, with an abundance and diversity of fish and great clarity, Barry brought his love and passion to his work which made the experience absolutely unforgettable. Before we started, he gave us an overview of the local culture and... More

They are also passionate about sharing their love for the Hawaiian paradise with visitors. Bari is not only a great kayak and snorkeling guide, he is also a gifted teacher who genuinely enjoys sharing his knowledge of marine biology and island history... More

Had a fantastic trip with Bari. His knowledge of the history and the area was remarkable. He picked us up and dropped us off at our accommodation in Kona for a small fee, and even took time out to point out a few things in the city. Although not the perfect conditions, the kayak and snorkel was still remarkable with... More

I strolled down from the Sheraton Kona, a short 5 minute stroll just before sunset. I saw a truck with canoes on it and headed toward it. As I did so Nick came over to me and introduced himself. With the canoes unloaded, and checked for all gear working we casually chatted while the other from the party arrived. Nicks... More
