This was my first time visiting coffee plantation and I enjoyed it a lot! You can try their coffee which is delicious and have a free tour. Well, this was one of the best stops on big island. They also have beautiful views and while you travel you can see local residents and how people live there, not only hotels.

I do not know were to start. The view is magnificent. But that is not why you come. Its the coffee, and I would say the story. The view is overlooking the mountain side, valley ( if you call it that) and the shoreline. Beautiful. The owners story about how Hula Daddy came about is as intriguing as the coffee... More

We did the FREE tour of the Hula Daddy coffee farm. Our tour guide started off by explaining the history of the farm and then we did a short tour of the farm and got to see where the coffee was roasted, they can only roast 10lbs at once! We also got to taste two kinds of their coffee, both... More

This a cute little coffee facility. I wouldn't call it a brewery or a factory. There's a very short tour and it's good, but it's not fabulous. You don't get to see how the coffee is dried or sorted, or anything. They have some coffee plants and they roast it on sight, but that's about it. They have great samples... More

Popped in on our drive around the island and was met with truly the friendliest and knowledgeable staff. Great and inclusive tour with fantastic coffee samples! The tour itself is about 20 minutes and is really informative and well paced. A really great time.

If you love coffee and have an interest in gardening, you will love a tour of Hula Daddy! The tour includes a short walk from the store to the coffee trees with a tour guide who explains the coffee growing process and the history of the farm well. We also observed the coffee roasting and tasting. We were fortunate to... More

I enjoy visiting a number of the coffe plantation. Hula Daddy is very attractive and the staff were very helpful and enthusiast ice about their coffee. I did not take the tour but observed those that did, and you could tell that they were very connected to their guide and interactive with the coffee trees, many pictures taken and smiles... More

They gave you a free tour that was very educational for us that didn't know much about how coffee came about. The available sample was very nice that we ended up buying a bag for ourselves. Definitely recommend for a visit.

We enjoyed our trip to Hula Daddy. We were able to sample coffee and teas and they were all delicious. We were also able to go on a tour and learn a ton about the coffee making process. This is a small, friendly farm. The coffee may cost more than some others, it is worth it and you can see... More

If you have an hour or so in the Kona area be sure to take in this tour. Very small plantation making very high quality Kona coffee. Excellent tour that explains the coffee making process from tree planting to grinding the beans.
