Very restful stop while touring with Discovery Tours and Jay our guide. There is a teahouse on the grounds and they were preparing for an afternoon tea ceremony. The grounds are a Japanese garden with large areas of park between different structures. An added hightlight for our tour was a Hawaiian women's hula group that was filming a dance session... More

The Gardens are a wonderful place for an afternoon stroll. There are little paths across cute bridges, ancient asian sculptures, little fish swimming in the pools. Many locals like to walk around the circumference for exercise, its a delightful place for that. Huge banyan trees drop their air-roots gracefully, creating shady places for a picnic or a leisurely nap.

This garden is right on the ocean and is beautiful. You can walk around and see HUGE banyon trees planted by famous people. The grounds are well maintained and the bridges are very idyllic.

Weddings, photo shoots, lovers strolling, people exercising...it would be perfect except for the fact the park is over-run with feral cats. Elderly couple with the best intentions feed these cats regularly and these happy feral cats keep multiplying. Walking around this beautiful park you may start to think that you are part of T.S. Eliot's CATS.

Our shore excursion on a cruise took us here and it remains one of our favorite memories of our honeymoon. Such a beautiful place. We went fairly early in the morning and there was still fog over much of the garden, but in some ways, it just made it more beautiful. I'd say this si something you should not miss... More

this place is as beautiful as it is peaceful. You can walk through the gardens all day and never cross the same area twice. It is beautifully landscaped, and named for the last queen of the islands.

Nice little park on the ocean. Lots of families on Saturday. Quiet pool for young children. There is also a bridge out to a little island which also had a quiet beach area. Some nice Japanese bridges and a koi pond (which needed some work

These gardens are very serene. You'll find koi ponds, bridges to walk over, and beautiful flowers. There is a lot of shade and the sound of the ocean is magnificent. There were a few people and people with kids but everyone was very respectful and it was very serene and tranquil. The bathroom facilities are clean and tidy. The paths... More

Go here to see the beautiful gardens or to rest on a bench for some peace and quiet. Bring a camera and record some amazing images to take home.
