I booked the tour via the kona tourist information and it was highly recommend by Julie (she was so super helpful and started getting so super excited for my trip as well). Since I do backpacking I also rather rely on the local opinions and options rather than Purley on the internet. Again, I that was obviously the right way... More

Flying over trees, rivers, canyons, and waterfalls on 8 separate segments of a zipline was fantastic! The guides paid attention to safety first and foremost but were fun and entertaining too. The review by Michael H does a good job of describing what to expect. I'd recommend this activity to anyone, even if you're afraid of heights.

We went on the evening volcano tour with Jesse, and got very lucky with good clear weather so we were able to see the beautiful volcano glow up close. Jesse was an incredible local tour guide with great knowledge of the history of the area. Overall, we found the tour to be a really enjoyable experience!

The eight ziplines took us over fields, forests, waterfalls and canyons in a beautiful setting. The guides were fun and first rate. Safety precautions were evident everywhere. Feel safe even if you are on your very first zipline adventure. There are swinging rope bridges from one zipline to the next, so those with difficulty walking cannot undertake this. There is... We went with our 12 year-old and a good time was had by all! The safety procedures and the guides made us feel really comfortable. The lines were staggered well - shorter ones early on to build confidence; the last one is a doozy! Lovely scenery on the zip. We loved it and have the Go Pro videos as a... More

The Zipline through Paradise adventure was great. The guides are a lot of fun and very safety conscious. They use an automated (magnetic) breaking system, so you can focus on enjoying the ride and not worrying about how to stop. The scenery is very beautiful (tropical forests and amazing waterfalls). The ziplines are very exciting. Some of the runs are... More

Even though we didn't get to do the original tour we requested (not enough people signed up), our guide Erik Wilcox made up for it in his enthusiasm and knowledge of everything we saw that day. We did the Evening Volcano Tour, which included a visit to the Kona Joe's Coffee Plantation where we had a nice lunch and coffee,... More

My husband and I wanted to visit the Volcano National Park, on our flight over an older gentleman said to us. . Don't bother renting a car, there is a tour for everything. We considered renting a car to get out and explore on our own and are SOOO happy we didn't. We took his advise and booked a tour... More
