This was a great time . Our guides Pretty & Mark were Very knowledgable about how the area has evolved and why. The bike ride was not that challenging but really added to the tour , making it more hands -on. There was some rain but mainly a mist and it comes and goes. so bring a light jacket or... More

I certainly cannot review the actual tours. We were looking forward to the tour, but it was rescheduled from my original booking twice. At first they called me and told me I had to change my half day tour to another half day (my second choice day) because a larger group came along and needed all the full day spaces.... More

This is an excellent way to explore Volcanoes Nat. Park. The guides I got were Pretty and Kaipo were knowledgeable and made the journey fun through folk stories of the area coupled with scientific information on volcanoes. We had a group size of 8 with ages ranging from 10 to 50-ish. Prior to starting off, we did a bike test... More

Road bikes are a great way to see one of nature's most impressive sites! This is very good outing for families with kids of all ages. We did the full day tour which included a three-hour ride around the summit followed by a van ride down to the coast for a picnic lunch on the lava. The guides were knowledgeable... More

We had a great time learning about the volcano during this fun and enjoyable ride. We did the half day Summit special. The couple hills are just challenging enough to give you a workout while the rest of the ride is fun downhill. Our guide Ei Pu was so outgoing and positive. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything we... More

Most of the hills are at a very small slant. Most of the time u are on flat land and no speed. I would not recommend this volcano for biking.

Our you guide, Meghann, was very nice. Since she was studying to be a geologist, she was very knowledgeable of the volcano and its processes. The bikes themselves were better than I expected. The seats had shocks in them so the ride was very smooth on the few parts that were not paved. We took frequent breaks where we got... More

The staff was great an very personable. Aunty Pretty and Ei Pu (forgive the butchery of the name) made my daughter feel right at home, wonderful way too see the sights if you enjoy the outdoors and get a great workout in while having fun.

I did the full day tour with Meghan and Pretty, hats off to both of them! The trip was outstanding. All details were handled exceptionally well and each member of our tour had a great time. The guides were extremely knowledgable, marshalling the group was well handled, bikes, lunch, vans - everything managed without flawl. The park itself was beautiful,... More

My husband (a biker) and me (not really) very much enjoyed this trip. We did the half day tour with Meghann which was perfect. I loved hearing all the history, myths, and current state of the volcano. Volcanoes aren't really my thing, but I really enjoyed seeing everything and the bike added an extra element of fun to it. It... More
