My wife and I did the "Mauka to Makai" package, so ziplining was up first. We had a fantastic time throughout the entire tour. There's nothing quite like ziplining over hidden rivers and waterfalls. Good times. Our guides, Shane and Kineka, were a blast. They grew up in Hawi (pronounced 'Havi') so they had lots of stories and history to... More

I did BIEA January 2011, I'm coming back to write the review because I was just reminising with a friend how awesome this trip was. The area which you go zip lining is magnificent, it is what the island probably looked like before it was heavily inhabited. The zip lines were awesome, and I was told by the tour guides... More

The Ziplines were expanded and heightened since we did this trip 15 months ago. The landing platforms have been improved and are so well engineered that every landing/exit from the 8 lines was a breeze. No self-positioning or self-braking rerquired. The rainforest canopy was beautiful, but the real beauty was the low-stress, no-brainer, ease BIEA has created with the course.... More

Wonderful time with our fantastic guides Wayne and Adam! This is not a strenuous activity, much easier than it looks. The setting was just beautiful, the zips an absolute blast and our guides were funny and thoroughly entertaining. They were also incredibly competent at guiding you through each zip and incredibly safety-conscious. In the middle of the tour we had... More

We picked the BIEA Zipline tour due to good reviews on Trip Advisor and as always, it matched the hype. We loved the fact that this was a hands-free zipline, meaning you can just dangle and look around, as opposed to keeping a gloved hand up on the line. This made the experience more fun and less work. We also... More

Our family (kids 9 and 12) found this zipline tour absolutely wonderful! From check-in to final drop off, all employees were engaging, interested, knowledgeable, and super fun and friendly. The place is incredibly well run, super clean, and reasonably priced for the volume of zipline time. Jay and Adam were so funny and polite. The food / snack was healthy... More

I loved this zip lining tour! The zip lining was incredible, but what really made it I think is the guides. We had Brendon & another guy (unfortunately I don't remember his name) but they were really, really good guys. From the moment they met everyone in the group they memorized everyone's names & made a point to call you... More
