Keanu (our tour guide) was amazing!! Had never ridden a segway before, and was just a little bit intimidated about it. Keanu was very patient with our group of five. We all learned how to get around on them pretty quickly. His knowledge of the garden was excellent, and the experience of getting to try the fruits right off the... More

We really enjoyed our Segway tour of the Botanical Gardens on November 1, 2014. It ended up just being the two of us and the guide. This on-road and off-road tour via Segway's was a blast. The tour guide evaluated our skill level and adjusted the tour as necessary for that. We had ridden before so we went everywhere. The... More

I really enjoyed my zipline tour on Friday morning, 11/7/14. The entire staff was soooo nice and really seemed to go above and beyond for their customers. We were a groupon group, but were not treated any differently than those who (may have) paid full price for the service. I can't really compare the zipline to any of the other... More

Great for first time ziplining. TJ and Dillon were great! We even saw a wild boar on the ground and lots of gecko.

The zip-lining crew made it fun and funny. They were safe and made even the most uncomfortable of the group feel secure and encouraged them along. A great time i would recommend to anyone.

For a walking tour, I was very disappointed. Some areas are unmarked. You have to take it upon yourself to find things. The River Walk was not very well maintained. I would consider it unsafe. Not worth the $15.00. Skip it and head to the Hawaii Tropical Botanical Garden down Rt 19 towards Hilo, for a nice tropical botanical garden... More

One of our most fun and memorable events while in Hawaii was zip lining at the Botanical Gardens. While the zip lining experience itself was wonderful (1st time for all of us), my family and I just absolutely loved Chad and Kevic. They were fantastic. You can tell they truly enjoy what they do and do it so very well.... More

Reserved time to go zipling and hurricane was coming that day. World adventures was great by phoning us day before that our zipling adventure could get cancelled due to the weather and we keep us updated. In any event, we made it and we're able to complete a private zipling guided adventure with Arlen and Kai. I guess other people... More

Visited recently, and taking the Segway tour at Botanical World Adventures was definitely on our to do list. We did a Segway tour in Aruba last year, and had to do it again. Although, the terrain is totally different, you won't find a better way to explore and see the local surroundings. Traveling through the gardens and rain Forrest area... More
