I was a little spectacle about the seaways but they are actually a lot of fun! One of the best parts of my vacation. Dylan was a great guide. He really knew a lot about the garden and let us try some really yummy fruit along the way. Whats better then a adventurous tour and lunch. The zip-lines were also... More

We went there to see a botanical garden, which they have but is was not as much as we expected. After seeing the Hawaii Tropical Botanical Garden, the World Botanical Garden was a bit of a let down. The triple Umauma Falls, however, was beautiful. I think they were set up to cater to people who want to do the... More

Your choice of just walking through the gardens, or doing either/both Segway & zipline. Garden entrance included with Segway/zipline & good for 1 week. We had never done Segway or zipline, so for a first-timer, it was an excellent introduction! Highly recommend doing both! Guides very knowledgeable & focus on safety, plus extremely personable! Throughout the gardens, most plants are... More

We were very disappointed with the Garden Walk. The best feature was the Kamae'e Falls - very beautiful and easy enough to get to by car. The Rainforest Trail was nice up until the end of the paved path. After that the trail is not worth the uphill long walk with little to nothing great to see. The Rainbow Walk... More

We were referred by a friend and decided to spend a day on the Hilo side of the island. We really enjoyed our visit to Botanical World. The guides are fun loving natives who help put the costumers at ease and make the experience more enjoyable. Make sure to ask them about their backgrounds and what to do on the... More

After hearing about this place from a friend, who had highly recommended it, my husband and I decided to book a tour. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and funny! They shared helpful information and made sure everyone on the tour was feeling comfortable. The gardens were beautiful. We were able to visit them before we went zip lining. The vivid... More

We expected more for the price. When we went there were 100's of spiders and webs blocking the tails. After fighting our way through a few of the trails we gave up and left.

This "adventure" was overpriced and a great disappointment. Signage was poor to the site and within the grounds leading us to waste an hour or more looking for the attractions. The entrance fee was the highest we have ever paid for any botanical garden in Hawaii. It only included one out of scale map and no audio device. The receptionist... More

Our family of seven, including 2 seniors over 70 and two teenagers enjoyed the day. Grandma, grandpa and teenager went ziplining and we all did the Segway 2 hour tour. Ziplining was fun and they really enjoyed it (but it is a small course...we have been ziplining in Costa Rica on the volcano and this is nothing like that). Those... More
