We came for the Segway tour of the garden. Keanu was our guide. What a gifted, passionate young man. He was helpful in getting us comfortable on the Segways (and I was nervous, trust me). He shared so much information about the various plants and fruits (and offered tastes of many items as we toured the gardens.) The gardens were... More

I will say that the staff was great and the gardens are quite nice. I feel like we didn't really understand what this place was all about so I hope to clarify that here to help others out. First off, this place has a great story and is relatively young (nearly all plantings done within last 20 or so years).... More

Aloha and Mahalo for your feedback. We are always working to create a excellent experience for our guests. The guides are almost all natives of the area and they are passionate about this place that is their home. We are glad you appreciated that and we will try to let our guides know your comments. We also guarantee satisfaction. I... More

Like riding the segway, experiencing a new mode of transportation. Granted this is a botanical garden but we spent too much time stopped while the very nice guide talked about the vegetation. I more preferred a segway ride than a class about the plant life. No one got off the segway for a long time but I had to because... More

This was our families first zipline and we weren't sure if our 7 year old would be okay with ziplining. She's under 70lbs so she went in tandem with one of the guides. In the beginning she was nervous and wanted to watch everyone. Halfway through she was ready to be the first one out. The route is set up... More

Keanu (our tour guide) was amazing!! Had never ridden a segway before, and was just a little bit intimidated about it. Keanu was very patient with our group of five. We all learned how to get around on them pretty quickly. His knowledge of the garden was excellent, and the experience of getting to try the fruits right off the... More

We really enjoyed our Segway tour of the Botanical Gardens on November 1, 2014. It ended up just being the two of us and the guide. This on-road and off-road tour via Segway's was a blast. The tour guide evaluated our skill level and adjusted the tour as necessary for that. We had ridden before so we went everywhere. The... More

I really enjoyed my zipline tour on Friday morning, 11/7/14. The entire staff was soooo nice and really seemed to go above and beyond for their customers. We were a groupon group, but were not treated any differently than those who (may have) paid full price for the service. I can't really compare the zipline to any of the other... More

Great for first time ziplining. TJ and Dillon were great! We even saw a wild boar on the ground and lots of gecko.

The zip-lining crew made it fun and funny. They were safe and made even the most uncomfortable of the group feel secure and encouraged them along. A great time i would recommend to anyone.
