Had a lot of fun, bought the Groupon package which was a zip line, Segway and tour of the gardens. It is impossible to ride a Segway and not be smiling! The gardens were just right, not to big, not too small. We visited in May; the weather was perfect. It's a long trip, a few hour's drive, especially from... More

We decided to do both the zip line and the segways. Our experience started off very positive with Alohi in the office. I think the 3 guys (can't remember their names) who took us on the zips, were having as much fun as we were. They were good, helpful and fun to be with. The segways were much easier to... More

I will preface that my wife and I are a young 66. We do adventurous things and are active. Sometimes my wife does have reservations, and was scared, but went for it. The receptionist was great. Said she had some fears, but was ok when she did her trip. The two young ladies who assisted were great, BUT the young... More

The staff was very helpful for us first time segway people. She had us up and running in no time and we had a great experience exploring the grounds and being introduced to the tree, flower and fruit specimens.

After trying three different times, we were finally able to go on the segway tour. They are located on the rainy side of the island and we wanted a sunny day or at least not a wet day to go on the tour. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Kika in the front office welcomes you and makes you... More

My husband and I spent a wonderful afternoon recently segwaying at "Segway of Hawaii at Botanical World Adventures".We had Jen as our guide and she was wonderful. We learned so much about the native and non-native plants/trees from her. We got to sample some of the fruits from the trees. Mastering the segway was, of course, the first step. She... More

Interesting way to go thru the gardens and forest. We did the 90 mins tour. 30 is too short. 60 min would be sufficient to see all. Drive the segway is eady and Very cool. We All enjoyed it .

We got a groupon for a short tour and pass to the garden. We were given instructions on how to use the segways and it was easier for us because we had already gone on a segway tour at Getteysburgh, PA. The woman leading the tour was very friendly and loved zipping around the garden. She stoped at a tree... More

Guide was uninformed about plant life on property Segways were on just grassy surface and had a long drive down a regular road to a cemetery and then down a small hill to look at a waterfall on a roadway we could've seen anyway. We have had the opportunity to ride Segways before but this time even though it was... More
