We were scheduled to zip the day Hurricane Iselle was expected to hit. They called me 2 days earlier to ask if I wanted to reschedule or cancel and my family was able to get in the day before Iselle. They recommend you arrive 30-45 minutes before your tour time to allow time to check in, sign waivers and use... More

We had a fabulous time at the Umauma Experience the day before the Hurricane hit the island. The ziplines were incredible. The views are breathtaking. The guides were all professionals and were really great with the younger kids in our group. I just wish we would of had enough time to do it twice.

Given a positive experience last summer, our family decided to return for a second Zip and Dip during our visit to the Big Island this summer. Based on the fact that we were a returning customer, we were initially offered a reduced rate for our family of 4. However, given the impending hurricane, we chose to delay booking. The storm... The staff were very friendly. We got there early, so we waited on their back porch overlooking a very active stream due to the rain earlier. The guides were super friendly as well, hard workers and very knowledgeable. They made sure we were safe, especially the first timers like my husband. I would recommend this experience to anyone. Mahalo!

This was our family"s first experience in ziplining. My husband is even afraid of heights! I have three children ages 6,9,12. My 6 and 9 year olds are tiny little beings weighing in at 38 and 46 lbs. This was one of the few places that would allow them to zipline. Isaac, Michael and Keavan were awesome!! They were personable,... More

Booking was easy. I drove from Kona to Hilo in about two hours (I even took some pictures along the way) this is a really nice drive and you will enjoy seeing the ocean and large fields of volcanic rocks on your way. I checked in and joined a group of 16 people from multiple nationalities. The youngest was a... More

My husband, daughter and I had a blast. First time zip liners and we would do it again. There were people of all ages in our group; children ages 7 and 9 along with adults over 60. We all loved it! What made it so great were the guides! They were knowledgable, friendly and concerned with our safety and enjoyment!... More

We were with a group of 8, 6 adults and 2 kids (6yr boy, 9yr girl). The staff was excellent, explaining everything in a fun way. We originally planned to do just the first 4 zips, but had so much fun we upgraded to the last 5 once we finished the 4th zip. One of the guides went tandem with... More
