For a relatively small facility, there is a lot of world class significance packed in here, like the archaeopteryx! And the supersaurus. Wyoming is famous for its rich wealth of exposed fossil bearing strata but so many ground breaking finds such as at Como Bluff northwest of Laramie were carted off to elaborate museums elsewhere leaving all but nothing locally,... My son, who is a dinosaur fanatic, absolutely loved this place! We arrived late in the day and took the last tour, which was only us. We got a tour of the active digs and they even gave my son a small actually dinosaur fossil which he thought was awesome! The guide was knowledgeable and very nice, full of info... More

What a nice stop. There are a couple of cool dino parts there. I just wish that this building was bigger and they had more to this museum like 3 times the size with more displays then I think this would be a world class museum enjoyed it

We traveled here as a family and are so glad we stopped. It has awesome geological displays and full size dinosaur skeletons. There's a lot of history and geography, especially Wyoming specific, here to see. Our children really enjoyed it, and so did we.

This museum is by far the best of it's kind and one of the best in the world for the types of specimens that it contains. It's not only fun it's educational for the whole family.

Very educational and fun. They did have a great gift shop with all kinds of fun things. My son will definitely need to be a little older next time we go. He enjoyed it, but is still a little young to understand the fossils.

Whether you're a dinosaur fan or not, you're sure to find the Wyo Dino exhibits interesting. The sheer number of fossils packed into the fairly modest space is impressive, and the breadth of fossils excellent. Lots of "assembled" fossils to help visualize how large the animals were in real life, plus they are organized in a way that conveys the... More

Before leaving on our trip, I did my research on activities as many do. I noticed mixed reviews on the Wyoming Dinosaur Center, but we decided to give it a chance, and are glad we did. Note that this venue is located in a small town in Wyoming, so you can't go there expecting to see some "Disney-level" attraction. What... More
