Maybe not the resort with most lifts, but you find an unlimited numbers of tracks/slopes. It is higly recommended to hire a guide to take you to those different places that matches your skiing level. We were lucky with new snow every night and sunny mornings which made the best conditions you can dream off. Enjoy!

I stayed on the mountain at the Hotel Terra for the Rendezvous festival. Everything about my stay was top notch, from the hotel, to the local food, to the skiing, to the music....TOP NOTCH! The staff at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful. Every employee I encountered while skiing made me feel like they were there just to talk... More

The first time snowboarding in the US and I chose the number 1 resort and I still cannot stop smiling... Everything was exceptional from the wide open slopes, chairlifts, snow and sunshine, to the exceptional Mountain Hosts and School. I would recommend taking a lesson or two even if you feel you don't need it as the staff are brilliant... More

This ski resort has been on my bucket list for years! We managed to catch a direct flight from Chicago which made the trip so easy to do. We decided to take advantage of the free mountain guide ski service. I'm so glad we did! In 2 hours you learn how to navigate this large ski resort. It's well worth... More

There is enough terrain for an intermediate to advanced skier won't get bored for days. Didn't use the beginner terrain.

If you want to hear about how things can go wrong with a ski vacation, see my 2013 review of Arabba, Italy. By contrast, this February's trip to JH was about as right as things can go. Only complaint (have to show some contrast) was that it snowed so much that we only saw the sun for a few hours... More

JHMR is amazing. The skiing is fantastic, true; but the resort's amenities are spectacular too. We had lunch outside with fire around us (it was actually a little too warm!), outdoor hot tub, assistance at the gondola with skis, super friendly knowledgeable staff at the rental store...in short, one of the best vacations I've ever taken. Oh, and the snow... More

This place is amazing. My son and I skied together one day and then my son did ski school for two days. Everything was soooo simple from lift tickets to rentals to getting on the mountain. The ski school was AMAZING. I cannot say enough good things about the teachers of the school. We cannot wait to return.

When Jackson has the snow, few ski resorts rival it for fun steeps! And we had the snow. As for the staff on the mountain and in Teton Village, they were all cheerful and helpful-- no end-of-season burnout here. We also enjoyed the Mountain Rendezvous concert line up-- fabulous musicians and FREE! If you're there to ski, stay in the... More

Ya gotta know how and want to ski long and hard to do Jackson Hole. Loved my first real experience on wide skis, off the tram in the bowl. My Minnesota technique was severely tested; glad a proven veteran of JH showed me the ropes. I'm comin' back for more!
