Everything you need is there and if you want to go into Jackson Hole there are regular buses running from the village. Great resturants in town as well.

Jackson Hole is one of the best ski mountains in the country. The vertical drop is over 4000 feet, yet the base is only at 6300 feet, which means it is not hard to acclimate to the altitude as in most western ski resorts. Although it has a reputation of being difficult, there are easy and intermediate runs to suit... More

It's pre-season and it's a great time to come! The employees at this mountain are in great spirits. They keep people moving on the gondola and lifts. There haven't been any lines at all. We took a lesson on the first day just to get warmed up and it was so much fun. Our instructor David Rogers was great. He... More

Good mountain close to the airport. They really make you feel welcome but for skiing we actually preferred Grand Targhee which is about an hour away.

We did not visit during ski season. Off-season you can take a gondola ride to the top. The view is worth it!! We also enjoyed watching the paragliders. We were also lucky enough to see a moose on the ride up.

Teton Village and the town of Jackson are both very expensive, even more expensive than NYC. The skiing was good, although it was cold and cloudy most days. The mountain is big, but not as big as I remember Aspen, Vail or Whistler. Restaurants and the whole town have a buffalo, elk, moose theme to it. Lots of antlers everywhere.... More

We all had such an amazing time here that even the tour operator going bankrupt while we there did not dim the experience. Great skiing and great apres-ski!

we bought tickets for the aerial tram but because of lightening in the area for safety reasons it was not allowed to run. We could have had a refund but as the tickets were good for 2 days so we were able to return the next day and although it was foggy on the ground the service was allowed to... More

The autumn colors were beautiful...even in the rain! Lots of wildlife to see with many opportunities to explore Jackson.
