If you are in the area, don't discount Jackson Hole Ski Resort over Grand Targhee because you have children or are an intermediate skiier. Great ski field for an Intermediate to Excellent skier - not for the faint hearted, as runs would be mainly Blue/Double Blue/Black/Double Black. There are only a few very easy green runs. Heaps of variety and enough to keep you going for a weeks awesome skiing. More

Skiing was spectacular and unlike here on the East coast there was no shortage of snow. The Mountain views were beautiful and the village was nice. The "apres ski" was definitely not as good as I expected. More

In my opinion, Jackson Hole Ski Resort is world class. The lift lines move swiftly and they have a wide variety of skiing terrain. Rental equipment is top notch and there are a good number of places to eat. More

Full day lift ticket was the most expensive I've ever paid - $95 for the day - but aside from that this place is great. Better for skiers than boarders due to the steep vertical drop, but hanging over towards the right side of the mountain for us intermediate/advanced level boarders. Beautiful place! More
