Our guide was Sarah Ernst. Now, here is a gal who is passionate and very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna in the Greater Teton area. If you are looking for a pleasant day in the back country and seeing all kinds of wildlife, please consider a tour with the Teton Science Schools. It was wonderful. Thank you Sarah!

This week I had the pleasure of going on a half day Sunrise Expedition and a full day Wildlife Discovery Expedition, both led by Sarah Ernst. Sarah is very passionate about the area, the wildlife, and her enthusiasm is contagious. I have taken various trips with Teton School of Science over the past 9 years and was delighted to be... Everything its cracked up to be. We took the winter day trip to Old Faithful. Owen, the guide was great, very knowledgeable. Excellent job on breakfast and lunch. I'd be hard pressed to find anything bad to say about this. Really enjoyed getting to know the other passengers from Gig Harbor, Washington, Lake Park, Iowa, and Summerfield, N. Carolina. The... Having just been in Yellowstone in summer and being so blown away by the experience, I was keen to come back in winter. The park is only open to tour companies in winter because of the conditions on the roads, most of which are closed. We chose this tour because it goes from the south entrance, since we are on... Third trip with TSS. Every trip awesome and educational. Our tour guide this past December was Sarah Ernst who was a real eagle eye when spotting and so into the local wildlife and geography that she really showed her own excitement. A lot of fun. Highly recommended if you have any appreciation for local wildlife and being outdoors. Dress warmly... More

On Dec. 30 we enjoyed an absolutely spectacular Grand Canyon of Yellowstone tour with Tom Arnold. We were blown away by the magnificence of Yellowstone in winter. The scenery alone is amazing and we were extremely grateful to see so many bison (50+), coyotes (3), bald eagles (adult and juvenile), trumpeter swans (countless), grouse, ducks, and other wildlife along the... My family of 13 persons enjoyed a remarkable snowtracker expedition into Yellowstone National Park last week (Dec 28, 2014). Teton Science School provided us with the very best, most reliable forms of transportation into the park during these winter months. Additionally, our guide 'Sarah' was exceptional. She was very educated, personable and professional. The day-trip started at 6am and lasted... More

I was lucky enough to be in the first group to visit Yellowstone this winter with Wildlife Expeditions in their new snowcoach. The Sprinters were comfortable, quiet, and the windows provided excellent viewing of wildlife and scenery. Sarah and Tom were entertaining, knowledgeable, and armed with lots of treats and coffee. Our stops at Old Faithful, West Thumb, the Firehole... More

I went on a half day wild life expedition with teton science school. I felt that the 4hrs trip was short & rather expensive. Nonetheless, we spotted some elks that day & the guide imparted her knowledge to us.
