We went on a tour with TSS in July. There were just 4 of us. We went out at dawn, the best time to see the wildlife. Dawson (sp?) was a very knowlegeable biologist who knew everything about the park, its history, the animals and its geology. Very well equipped (binoculars, longview, books), we learnt so much with him and... More

Our guide Kevin was an amazing resource. Any question from plant life, geology or the history of the park he answered with an intoxicating enthusiasm!! I'm a bit of a plant geek from the East Coast and Kevin went straight into full botany mode, but segued flawlessly to our 10 year daughter with an assortment of horns, antlers, trivia and... More

We went on a four hour sunset trip with Sarah through the Grand Tetons. It was a wonderful and informative trip through a magnificent national park. Sarah helped us to understand the history and geology of the Tetons as well as trying her hardest to find some of the wildlife in the area. We were able to see bison, pronghorn,... More

Dawson was fantastic. We lucked out with a private tour that picked us up from our hotel. Dawson, had a wealth of knowledge and was able to really interact with our 5 and 8 year old. As usual my kids were crazy, and he at no point was annoyed by them and continued to engage them during the entire 4... More

We had a goal to see a Moose in the wild, and I accidentally stumbled on a brochure for Teton Science Schools. Quick look on Tripadvisor to see the wonderful reviews, and I was on the cell to book a morning excursion. Marian (sorry if I messed the spelling) picked us up promptly at 6 AM at our hotel, in... Thank you for sharing your families experience with others. Sometimes we are lucky enough to provide "private" tours by default. It is actually a great opportunity for our staff as we can cater the trip to the specific desires of the guests. In this instance you wanted to see a moose and Marian was able to use her knowledge to... More

June, 2nd 2015 we joined our guide, Sean on the "Grand Canyon Expedition" thoroughly enjoying a fun, informative adventure in Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. The best decision we made was to choose "Wildlife Expeditions" of "Teton Science School" and feel privileged to have been assigned Sean as our guide. He was most knowledgeable, we had conversations on a... More

We had a wonderful day with Sarah C on June 29! We started out the day with getting to see moose and pronghorns, even a baby one. Our wonderful guide did a great job putting up with multiple potty breaks ( 5 year old) and grumbling ( 14 year old). Lunch was a great spread that we enjoyed while taking... More

My family of 7, ages 23-59, spent the day with Paul at the end of June on a Wildlife Discovery Expedition. Right off the bat we experienced 2 moose, one bull and one young female eating breakfast (willow!) and interacting! Being able to pop the top of the vehicle and take photos seemed less intrusive to the interactions between the... More

We took the Sunset Expedition to seek out wildlife around Jackson. Jeanne, our guide, was an experienced biologist who was able to share knowledge about the climate, surroundings and history of where we were and how that impacted the wildlife...and vice versa. She took us far afield to find all the animals we were looking for, except bears. We finished... More

Thank you for sharing your experience with others. I am glad that Jean was able to take you far afield in search of wildlife. Every area our programs visit are public lands.
