I have been going to Cody for several years now. I always plan for several hours for this tour. I've never been disappointed with this company. Michael and Sunny are great owners. Michael is often the one you will ride with on the tour. He is extremely knowledgeable of the horses, including their names. Don't worry about getting stuck, but... More

Getting out to where the mustangs were was a bit bumpy and took longer than expected. Thumbs up to the wrangler he gave us plenty of time, info and was very informative. Would recommend this for any person who loves horses and the romance of the old wild west.

I can not describe has great this was. Our guide was very know knowledgeable about the mustangs, there behavior, and knew there location. He was very friendly, personal, and very laid back and easy going. I would highly recommend this tour for everyone, especially horse loving people like myself. I would do this tour again if I ever get back... More

We took this tour while in Cody. Our guide, Michael, was simply awesome! He was so friendly and so well informed about the area and the mustangs. He took us to the McCullough Peaks and over to Bridger Butte looking for the mustangs. Not only did we find a herd of about 50, but got out of our van and... More

We booked this activity due to the high reviews that we read thinking that it would be worthwhile. The young lady behind the desk at our check-in was unfriendly bordering on rude. She did not look up from her book for several minutes to even welcome us. Her instructions for the release forms were unenthusiastic and monotone. Maybe she does... More

We had an adventure trying to find the Mustangs that day. It took a little while and about a mile hike but it was well worth the effort to see these amazing horses in their natural habitat. Our guides James and Lawson were very informative and personable. Be prepared to walk around in the high desert.

We had an amazing adventure on this tour. The drive out in the country is incredible as you are often driving on old wagon roads. Buddy and Andy were our guides and we were able to watch the herd from afar. There were at least 35 to 40 horses. Unfortunately we were facing East and were taking pictures directly into... More

What an adventure!! Buddy drove us out and we couldn't find the horses. We looked in all the usual places they like to hang out to no avail. Finally, my husband spotted them miles off at the base of a butte using the binoculars provided by the company. Buddy found a road to get us out to the area and... More

Took this tour last week while in Cody. We saw a small band of mustangs who were walking to a creek. We were able to walk to the bank overlooking the creek and they let us near enough to take excellent photos. Our guide told us they were used to their van and this was the reason we were able... My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this trip! As we wrote out in the van, Eddie, our interesting driver and guide, told us about the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the history of the wild Mustangs. We first found a small group of stallions and observed them for a few minutes. It was amazing to see them so close.... More
