A lot of history there for sure and the best display of firearms in the west or all the US. A beautiful building. A Museum done right with care and pride. A "must see" for sure in Cody, WY.

I wish one day that I could take three days to explore and that probably would not do this museum justice. So much and so nicely displayed.

This is the best museum of Cody for me. Its is a big surprise to see all the organizations of this fantastic museum. Its easy to walk and there are interactives places. Very interesting to see the changing of the day and night in the exposition of the indians tribe arena. very cool.

Firearms as art and as weaponry. Hundreds of years worth of firearms, from numerous countries, organized in surprisingly attractive displays.

I am not a gun person and I liked it a lot! I learned a lot about guns that I never even thought I wanted to.They had guns from movies and the stories about them were very interesting. Fun place to learn!

I enjoyed Cody Museum and it didn't take me long to realize why a ticket is good for two days. The firearms museum brought back many memories of a teenager off in the field. Why look at the different firearms I thought of the boys I had hunted with that owed that particular type of firearm. Tears came to my... More

Hard to imagine so many guns in one place. Depending on level of interest in guns, could take more than one day. Easy to get lost in all the history and facts. A must for any firearms enthusiast or history buff.

This is the biggest firearm museum in the world. It is like a timeline of the evolution of the gun. Each section is decorated according to the time period. Quite amazing!

There are so many guns here. I never dreamed there were so many makes and models of the old flintlock and percussion guns, let alone the blunderbuss! A must see for anyone with an interest in guns and history - the guns that I saw go back the 1400s!
