This is genuine live action cowboy and cowgirl 'N at its finest. Sit in the far side of the arena so you can see the bulls in the holding pens, the cowboys as they prepare to ride, and all the bullpen action. Take a jacket for it tends to become cool in the evenings when the sun goes down. For... More

Awesome rodeo and great town to visit. The downtown area is wonderful and they are very hospitable to those up to attend the rodeo. The rodeo is very enjoyable in a quaint setting. More

For a real wild-west experience, this rodeo provides it all! Kids love it! It was summer when we went; after sundown it was cool and windy in the stands. Think about taking a blanket! Enjoy! More

The rodeo in Cody is epic. It's the true tradition of the area since back when Buffalo Bill had is Wild West Show. If you're in the area to take in it's beautiful scenery along with a bit of history, you need to see this. I am no rodeo girl, but the Cody Stampede over the Fourth of July is... More

These guys, and gals, are amazing to watch! The speed and skill they have, and some were so young!, is impressive. Our kids (10 and 12) were mesmorized! More

We came to Cody specifically to attend the rodeo. Although we had a good time, it didn't seem very authentic..more aimed towards all the tourists. But if you know that going in, you'll have a good time. More

This is a wonderful way to experience the West; the rodeo itself is a lot of FUN to watch---Cody is such a great town to experience a rodeo in---you're right by the mountains, and the skies are gorgeous; however, beware the bleacher-style seats up in the stands. They are simply the most uncomfortable seats EVER! We've watched many a rodeo... More

Got to do it! Hey, if you are traveling in this beautiful part of the country, driving along those empty roads that you only saw in movies, and eating with your hands everywhere then you have to go for the whole experience, right? Buy a cowboy hat and go to the rodeo! It was a ton of fun! More

You MUST experience the Cody Rodeo! We thought it may be cheesy, but when we were there, ESPN was recording a competition. It was excellent and highly entertaining! They have rodeo clowns that are hilarious and mid-show performances that were top-notch. Behind the staium, you can see picture-perfect mountains and it's beautiful going in the evening and watching the sun... More
