We had never seen a rodeo before, but really enjoyed this. Good variety of events, we had great seats over the chutes, and the cost was reasonable. This was the (nightly) Night Rodeo, not the big annual Stampede event.

The entire town of Cody promotes their rodeo, and for good reason. You can buy tickets at most shops, the Visitor's Center, and even at restaurants and hotels. It's a fun way to spend a summer night. The tickets are very reasonably priced, and the entertainment is a fun way to experience the west. There are decently-priced concessions and a... More

My daughter won the Annual Cody Rodeo Calf Tail ribbon competition. There were about 20 little kids in the 10-15 year old range. Whomever grabbed the ribbon off the calfs tail won a six pack to take home (Coke/Pepsi).She was fast and furius but gentle little girl.

My husband, son, and I attended the rodeo in August 2014 and it was fun. The rodeo really gives you a sense of the area and people. Being an East Coast girl, I was uncomfortable with the roping of the poor, little calf during the Calf Scramble at the end. Bring cash for the mechanical bull if you have kids.... More

As a New Yorker, I was fascinated once I set foot in the rodeo. I had never seen so many cowboy hats in my life. I went in the summer, the day before the Fourth of July with a couple of friends. It was cool to see the cowboys and cowgirls tackle the animals, but I did feel a bit... More

You have to catch a rodeo during the summer, they are every night and are always a fun time for the whole family.

Brilliant !. The one word to describe it. The aggressive bulls & the courage of the cowboys & girls, made this a memorable night. Do not go to Cody & miss this. Cost $10 per head.

Very good rodeo. Good seating & lots of fun for kids and adults. There's even a real bull the kids can "safely" ride before you enter the rodeo! Great fun & pictures!

Definitely worth a visit. Great atmosphere and lots & fun. I think we attended the last show of the season (early September), it was very cold so I'd wrap up warm (or take a blanket like the locals!).
