The camp site was very reasonably prices. A beautiful park with a playground for the kids. They did offer bathrooms with showers that were clean and well maintained, but you need to be sure to have quarters to pay for the showers. The staff does live on the property and were very accommodating if there was an issue.

It was a very nice campground. Level; Shaded; Clean Restroom/Showers. I wish we were there longer, but we were only there over-night.

Great campground. Stayed in North Fork#4 right on the water. Lots of room in between sites. Several pull through. Very convenient to Cody and all the attractions.

This park provides the most beautiful views! The campsites are clean and level. Located close to the town of Cody. Wyoming. Although there are only a certain number of sites that offer electric, it is still worth the breathtaking views to dry camp.

Beautiful scenery! This was an unexpected extra on our way into the National Park. We were just driving through but there is a beautiful lake and lots of outdoor activities.

Excellent views from site 81. Close to the trash and shower house. Showers are .50 cents for 3 1/2 minutes., the grounds keeper keeps them clean. Very peaceful and breathtaking. 15 minutes from Walmart. 30 minutes to East entrance to Yellowstone.

If you are looking for a campground on the way to Yellowstone, then the North Fork campground in Buffalo Bill State Park is your best bet. We researched many, but the sites of many were too closely spaced or in-town. The campground is located in scrub land, so you won't have a lot of shade. Also, the sites were just... More

There are campgrounds galore but we were mainly passing through headed in and out of Yellowstone. We saw markers for trail heads but they seemed to be in campgrounds and we werent sure if we could park and walk them without a camp pass or something. We did stop off a couple times to let our dog play in the... More

Our drive from East Yellowstone took us through Buffalo Bill State Park. No gate, no fee to pass through. When we reached the lake and noticed the RV Parks it was very enticing to stop instead of continuing to Cody. There is a large turnout at the dam and we planned to return from Cody just to visit this area.... More

My husband and I adored this campsite so much we spent an extra night! There are two campgrounds- one by the lake and one by the river. We stayed at the lake one having been charmed by the lakeside tent site in view of the mountains. It was such a beautiful sight to wake up to. Each area has a... More
