My husband and I adored this campsite so much we spent an extra night! There are two campgrounds- one by the lake and one by the river. We stayed at the lake one having been charmed by the lakeside tent site in view of the mountains. It was such a beautiful sight to wake up to. Each area has a... More

We didn't have time to check out the whole park but used a pullout just past the dam for a picnic. You could tell just by looking at the area that this park would be beautiful. I'd definitely visit here and spend more time if we get back this way.

Imagine how tired you are after driving all day. You come around the corner and there it is: a beautiful campground with spaces set around the lake. Kindest office staff you'll ever hope to meet. Enjoyed ourselves here.

Camped here and the north shore campground was beautiful. Stunning views, pull through site, very clean permanent outhouse style bathrooms. Water and electric utility hookups. Note there are no showers at this site but we were in a trailer and with the hookups no big deal. Loved this park. Good cell service. They don't sell firewood because you can go... More

We never seen a official entry for this park you basically drive through it on the freeway. Beautiful area. You may see wildlife ,we drove this often back and fourth from cody and our site and sometimes we seen sheep or elk or deer or antelope just depended on when we were driving.

Just west of Cody WY past the dam, this strip of shoreline has the most magnificent view of snow capped peaks. The homeowners that dot the opposite side of the road have quite a view all year long. We asked at the gate how much to get in just to take a few photos and were told today it's free,... More

We drove this route each of 3 days from Cody into the Yellowstone Park. There is no fee to drive through the State Park which is amazing. Deep gorges, multi coloured rock...stunning 50 miles or so...When you get to Yellowstone National Park , you stop and pay about 20 dollars for a few days pass which covers Teton as well... More

Right on the reservoir so easy access for dogs to swim and owners to fish. Out in the Wapiti Valley close to horse back riding.
