This was the greatest stop in Cody..If you love history and have an imagination, you can stay here for hours and never notice the time passing. Its one thing to see guns from the Smithsonian, but these guns were out in the world doing some heavy lifting...If only they could talk!

This display of over 1,000 guns and other artifacts is worth your time to visit. The displays are categorized by era and much attention has been paid to detail. it was interesting even to me as a non gun enthusiast and it is FREE, relying on private donations. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgable.

I could have spent all day here. I had heard many good things about this museum, but it's one of those places you have to see to believe.

Stopped in just to see what it was like. We really enjoyed ourselves and found it very interesting. The owners were very knowledgable and entertaining. I'm not really into guns but still found the very big collection really interesting. It is definitely worth stopping in. No charge, you can leave a donation. It is very easy to get to.

Impressive personal collection. The owners were very nice and shared a genuine interest in history. The artifacts make you wonder what was happening when they were discarded and some bear markings of use in combat.

Private collection - entry by donation. The exhibits are guns that have been dug up and range from early pistols and rifles from the Wild West to civil war to Second World War. Many American and European pieces in a well presented glass cases. Knowledgable curator and open to 9 pm, well worth a visit.
