Tetons Mountains

These were awesome and some fantastic views we stayed at the motel and could see these beautiful mountains in the back ground and in front of our motel was a Elk Refuge.

We got a fantastic view/photo vantage point at the first outlook, the Jackson Point Overllok at the end of Signal Mountain Road. The higher outlook did not have a view of Jackson Lake and the Grand Tetons but was still interesting.

The Tetons are fabulous for their ruggedness and the light as it shines over the mighty peaks and slivers of small canyons leading west from the Snake River. Mule deer abound and I'm elk also if one is there at the right time to catch the male buggling to their females. Breath taking vistas and air that is a delight... More

There is nothing to dislike. It's absolutely amazing. The only thing we did not see were moose, but the bison made up for it.

I loved this. I have spent my fair share of time in Switzerland and the Grand Tetons remind me of the Swiss Alps. They are beautiful, snowcapped, and the foliage on and around them is just pristine.

These snow covered peaks are just awesome if your heart has been craving mountains. The park is quite small but there are so many lovely vantage points to take some breathtaking photos. Don't miss the usual spots that scream "place tripod legs here". Snake River shot made famous by Ansel Adams and Mormon Row where the familiar barns are pictured.

The Tetons were incredible to see, made even more incredible with a storm - thunder, lightening, hail and rain! Fabulous photos in color were all black and white!
